Night six of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON’s FUSION J-LEAGUE saw four interesting, but dynamic matches. In the first tournament match of the night, the conniving Kamikaze Barons from BURNING Paradise took on the Superstar PRO team of Saru Ito and SAKA Ibuchi. The Kamikaze Barons used all their tricks early on, distracting the referee, and tricking their opponents at every possible moment in order to get the advantage. However, the two young Jason Ramsey disciples made their comeback in heroic fashion. However, it would be cut short as Watanabe was able to grab Ito as he rebounded off the ropes with a vicious iron claw! Ito attempted to hold on despite the enormous pain from the hold, but eventually had to submit giving the Kamikaze Barons two more points in the tournament!
HANZO and MUSASHI Tomizaki have struggled the entire tournament to find their niche, but had a golden opportunity tonight as they took on FREEDOM’s top team and tag champions, Shino Hiriyama and Kazuhiro Okamura! The HEROICS team was in their top form tonight, as they took the fight directly to the FREEDOM tag champions with all their heart. However, as it has been the entire tournament, Tomizaki’s inexperience proved to be the downfall of their teams downfall as Tomizaki attempted to stand toe to toe against Kazuhiro Okamura, but eventually fell to a sharp kick to the face followed by Okamura’s KO Cutter for the three points to move FREEDOM’s top team to eight points, and to knock HEROICS completely out of the running!
Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON and Pro-Wrestling FURY clashed once again in the third tournament match of the night as the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Naoki Daishi and Akahito Yamada took on the OKINAWA SPEED STARS in a fast paced battle. Early on, the OKINAWA SPEED STARS showed off their quick tag team abilities, using their speed to run circles around the injured C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion and his partner, including their steering wheel appeal…However, that only seemed to enrage their opponents, who began to brutalize their younger opponents! Daishi started it off by slapping Ota so hard that spit flew out of his mouth, sending Ota crushing to the mat. Yamada followed it up with a running palm thrust that landed with a crunch on Shirai, sending him flying off the apron and into the railing! From there, OVERTHROW controlled the match, stretching the OKINAWA SPEED STARS like they were young rookies. However, the courage of their young opponents from Pro-Wrestling FURY couldn’t be completely denied as the OKINAWA SPEED STARS refused to give up, eventually making a comeback after being beaten up by their opponents. Shirai saw an opening, and in the closing moments of the match, dropkicked Daishi’s wrapped up ankle, sending him rolling out of the ring in obvious pain. This left Yamada against the faster OKINAWA SPEED STARS, who used their speed to blitz Yamada from all angles with flying and speed moves! Daishi attempted to get back into the ring, but Shirai knocked him off the apron with a kick to his leg, before diving onto him with a plancha. In the ring, Yamada attempted to fight back, but Ota stopped that with a kneel kick after Yamada bounced off the ropes…Ota followed it up with the Violent Spark for the three count, earning the biggest upset of the tournament thus far!
The main event of the night saw another chapter in the eternal rivalry between MILLENNIUM STARS faction and the Junior Sekigun, as Hayato Saigo and Keoni Murata took on their former friend Millennium S.K. and the other betrayer, Ryoma Inoue in the final tournament match of the night. The hatred was immediate as each team went right at each other, including S.K. illegally using a chair to whack his former mentor Murata in the head with. However, not even the chair shot could denie the super team of Hayato Saigo and Keoni Murata, as they eventually got control of the match leading to Saigo landing his picture perfect Moonsault Press for the pinfall victory, continuing their unbeaten streak in the tournament!
