- In the opening match of the night, Yuki Nomura led Natsuo Sakoda, Takayuki Ariwa and the young wrestler Rui Kuriyama against a complete mishmash of opponents that included Aku Toyota, Royama the Brave, DRAGON Takagi, and Sojiro Sayuki. Toyota didn’t get along with his team-mates from the opening bell, eventually leading to his Lariating his own partners and walking out! Sakoda was more then happy to pick up the pieces, as he dropped Sayuki with a Tiger Suplex Hold for the three count victory! Toyota angrily ranted post-match, that he wasn’t interested in meaningless matches, and that his entire goal was focused on the IFS Open-Weight Championship later this month!

- Rouzeki-GUN + “Texas Outlaw” Jake Bishop clashed against the combined power of Toshiro Noguchi, Kenjiro Amagawa, Mikio Tsuruya, Izumo Yoritomo and Keiji Hirano in the second match. The Rouzeki-GUN combination did everything in their power to keep the match in their favor, but they couldn’t contain both the power of Yoritomo, and the pure rage of Noguchi very long…Noguchi was able to explode into the ring and NAILED Rouzeki-GUN’s newest recruit, Yamazaki with the Thunder Hammer, which Yoritomo quickly followed up with the Sea’s Typhoon Ozeki for the pinfall victory!

- The 2007 FUSION J-LEAGUE matches began with the winless teams of Superstar PRO’s Saru Ito and SAKA Ibuchi taking on Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON’s HANZO and MUSASHI Tomizaki in a fun contest. The two leaders of HEROICS used all their “war” skills to continually confound the Superstar PRO team, who had never seen anything like it before…At one point, HANZO almost appeared to throw a smoke bomb, and then disappeared from the ring, only to come out from the opposite side with a missle kick! However, despite their abilities and trickery, there was no way for HANZO to make up for Tomizaki’s obvious lack of experience, as he was once again eventually caught and this time spiked on his head by Saru Ito with a Tiger Suplex Hold to give Superstar PRO’s team their first points of the tournament!

- Pro-Wrestling FURY and Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON clashed in the second tournament match of the night as it was the OKINAWA SPEED STARS taking on the combined might of Hayato Saigo and Keoni Murata! For most of the match, the OKINAWA SPEED STARS were forced to play defense against the all-star power of their opponents, however, despite their disadvantage, the OKINAWA SPEED STARS refused to give up, and kept fighting against their opponents…The OSS made their major comeback, which culminated with Ota landing the Violent Spark on Saigo for a 2.9! Ota attempted to set up another, but Murata suddenly ran into the ring and dumped Ota on the back of his head with a backdrop! Murata and Shirai fought to the floor, as Saigo lifted Ota up and dropped him on his head with the Brainbuster, only to have Ota kickout! The fans applauded in appreciation for Ota’s courage, but Saigo finished Ota off with a picture perfect Moonsault Press for the three count!

- The two top teams of the league thus far clashed in the third tournament match of the night, as FREEDOM’s IFS Tag Team Champions, Shino Hiriyama and Kazujiro Okamura took on the team of OVERTHROW, consisting of the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion, and Akahito Yamada. The four clashed in a violent match, that saw all four using all their tactics and abilities to get the upperhand. However, Daishi attempted a rare plancha, only to miss and crash to the floor…Daishi immediately began to grab his left ankle in pain, while the match went on. The FREEDOM Tag Team Champions were able to put pressure on Yamada as he was left momentarily alone, however. Daishi was able to re-enter the match at a critical juncture and land his Northern Lights Bomb on one foot on Hiriyama! This allowed Yamada to lift Hiriyama and plant him with a Straight Jacket Suplex Hold for the pinfall victory!

- The final tournament match of the night saw Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON’s Millennium S.K., and Ryoma Inoue take on the team from Pro-Wrestling HERO of Minoru Nikaido and Wes Climer. S.K. and Inoue were in a vengeful mood, and looked firmly concentrated on getting the two points, forcing their HERO opponents to try and hold on for their lives against the MILLENNIUM STARS combination. Nikaido and Climer put up a valiant fight, but S.K. was able land the Millennium Driver onto Nikaido, covering for the three count and the two points in the league!

Day five of the FUSION J-LEAGUE has passed…In the lead is OVERTHROW, as the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Naoki Daishi and Akahito Yamada once again scored another victory to put them at nine points, however, Daishi’s ankle continues to bother him. Directly below them is the team of Hayato Saigo and Keoni Murata at eight after their victory over the Superstar PRO combination of Saru Ito and SAKA Ibuchi. FREEDOM’s top team of Shino Hiriyama and Kazuhiro Okamura had the bye tonight, so remain at six points. Below the three team mess, Superstar PRO’s Saru Ito and SAKA Ibuchi sit at two points, while Pro-Wrestling HERO’s Minoru Nikaido and HEROICS’ HANZO and MUSHASHI Tomizaki both sit at zero points…
