5/06/10 @ Aomori Movement Park Gymnasium #2 ~ POWER SOURCE Night Two

Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's POWER SOURCE continued to rumble forward. With Akuma Toyota and Mikio Tsuruya both advancing to the semi finals of the Block A bracket, tonight would see the first of four semi finalists in the Block B bracket! C-1 Heavyweight Champion Nobuyori Shimizu, Takayuki Ariwa, Hiroyuki Takano, and Masakazu Fujimoto's POWER SOURCE future hands in the balance!

The night kicked off with C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Ikuji Royama facing off against Bloody Gear's Kazuya Endo in a stiff contest. The two traded strikes for the majority of the match. Endo surprisingly kept up with Royama's blistering strikes before giving in to a high kick for the flash victory.

Ryoma Inoue bounced back from several loses as of late, this time facing and defeating Bloody Gears' Strong Tomizaki. Tomizaki gave a strong effort yet was left with nothing to show for it. Inoue dropping Tomizaki with the Back*Beat.

The final non-tournament battle saw AVENIR and the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY unite to take on three members of KYOURUI 6. Hayato Saigo and PREDATORS proved to be a strong combination, as they bested PHOENIX, Akahito Yamada, and Keoni Murata. Kaisen Tiger further solidifying PREDATOR's claim to a PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Championships rematch, as Tiger dropped Keoni Murata with the Bullet Wrath for the finish.

The first of two POWER SOURCE tournament matches kicked off, with KYOURUI 6's number one Hiroyuki Takano taking on HEAVY WAR's Masakazu Fujimoto. Fujimoto provided a suitable challenge for KYOURUI 6's top fighter. Still smarting over Takano's trickery late last year to capture the C-2 Openweight Championship, Fujimoto blistered Takano early with power moves and hard chops, forcing Takano to visibly flee multiple times. However, aid from KYOURUI 6 aided Takano in turning the tides to gain the advantage. After a long drawn out battle, Takano's agility won out, as Takano blasted Fujimoto with Takano Flashes and Takano Axe Kicks leading to a beautiful Moonsault Press for the victory to advance to the semi finals of Block B!

With Hiroyuki Takano's advancement, the man Takano would face in the semi finals was to be decided! C-1 Heavyweight Champion Nobuyori Shimizu or Takano's former best friend, Takayuki Ariwa! The now allied, but still distant former Sempai/Kouhai combination fought a ferocious battle that waged much longer then expected. Ariwa's frustrations were visible as the match wore on that he could not seem to put Shimizu away despite hitting Shimizu with every move in his arsenal. Yet, when Shimizu kicked in his “Rope-a-dope” strategy to take back control over a tired Ariwa late, Shimizu was frustrated, as Ariwa's desire could not be subdued so easily. Shockingly, neither man could land the “kill blow” to finish the other off, resulting in a thirty minute time limit draw! Even without a finish, the Aomori audience applauded both men's terrific efforts.

However, this left a large question handing in the air, which forced Yuki Nomura to the ring Nomura, with Hiroyuki Takano climbing in the ring, announced that due to neither Shimizu or Ariwa advancing, that Hiroyuki Takano had gained an immediate bye to the Finals of Block B! Takano stole Nomura's microphone, and proclaimed that the POWER SOURCE was his chance to emerge from a “second string” to “first string” wrestler in CRIMSON after years of hanging behind others. Takano dared any wrestler to defy him or KYOURUI 6's mission to win POWER SOURCE!
