[CRIMSON] 5/07/10 @ Akita Terusa ~ POWER SOURCE Night Three

Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's May traditional tournament, the POWER SOURCE rolled into Akita Terusa for another hot round of tournament action. Hiroyuki Takano, Akuma Toyota and Mikio Tsuruya had already advanced to the second stage. Tonight, two more men would join the final seven.

The night kicked off with yet another KYOURUI 6 battle, this time against a combined AVENIR and Bloody Gears force. Akahito Yamada and Keoni Murata, two defectors to KYOURUI 6 dispatched Hiroshi Kuroki and Strong Tomizaki. PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Champion Keoni Murata scored the victory for his team, dropping Tomizaki with his BLUE HAWAII.

KYOURUI 6 fared worse next, as PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Champion PHOENIX and Ryoma Inoue fought STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY's C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Ikuji Royama and AVENIR's Kaisen Tiger. Despite rampant interference from Tomiko Inoue, Ryoma Inoue could do nothing to stop Ikuji Royama from KO'ing him with a Highkick for the three count.

C-1 Junior-Heavyweight top contender Hayato Saigo foguth a game Kazuya Endo in the third match. The former professional fighter used his stinging strikes to keep Saigo off guard, even scoring a near fall with the Spiral Blow. Saigo won out in the end, as he spiked Kazuya Endo with a Brainbuster.

In a battle of POWER SOURCE first round eliminated wrestlers, C-1 Heavyweight Champion Nobuyori Shimizu teamed with the man he drew with Takayuki Ariwa to take on the team of HEAVY WAR's Masakazu Fujimoto and Bloody Gears' leader Makoto Saito. HEAVY WAR and Bloody Gears have not gotten along much at all, which continued here. Saito and Fujimoto constantly bickered leading to many mistakes. This all ended with Saito's anger boiling over, as he blasted Fujimoto in the face with a kenka kick, sending the behemoth into Shimizu's grasp with the Tsuyosa German Suplex for the three count...

Finally, the POWER SOURCE continued as HEAVY WAR's Naoki Daishi battled the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY's Shuji Kawashima. Kawashima, knowing he was vastly out powered by the exceptionally talented Naoki Daishi, attacked early and often using his fantastic speed. Kawashima blasted Daishi with dropkicks and running attacks. Kawashima appeared at times almost a blur, as he ran around the ring like a wild man. Yet Daishi finally caught Kawashima and after a vicious Northern Lights Bomb Daishi applied the Jujigatame for the submission victory and a ticket to the semi finals of Block A!

Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON and Pro-Wrestling FURY collided once again in what almost seems to be a reoccurring theme of late. Pro-Wrestling FURY's recent change of heart Tetsuhisa NAKAI fought CRIMSON stalwart Toshiro Noguchi. NAKAI was flanked by his new group of friends from FURY; Daisuke Iwata, RYUJI and Manabe Tsuji. Despite their presence at ringside, NAKAI and Noguchi fought a “fair match”, if you ignore NAKAI taking every liberty he could including his own vicious attacks. The closing stretch of the battle saw a ferocious exchange of NAKAI's lariat against Noguchi's Thunder Hammer. Sweat flew off both men after each blow from the intensity. NAKAI changed tactics suddenly by ducking under a Thunder Hammer, hooking Noguchi and threw him with a Half Nelson Suplex! With Noguchi stunned, NAKAI delivered one final thunderous Lariat before covering for the advancement to the semi finals!

NAKAI stole a ringside microphone while being flanked by his new found friends. NAKAI was handed a sheet of paper from RYUJI. With a harsh tone to his voice, NAKAI revealed the sheet of paper to be a bracket of the POWER SOURCE tournament! NAKAI pointed at who his next round opponent would be...AKUMA TOYOTA! NAKAI claimed that this time things would be different and that for almost an entire year he'd been waiting for his chance for revenge. NAKAI promised that this time he would “ruin” Akuma Toyota. And with the man who stopped him out of the way, NAKAI would repeat as POWER SOURCE winner and take the C-1 Heavyweight Championship as his own personal toy!
