Flanked by the two top matches for the upcoming Korakuen Hall show, President Yuki Nomura not only announced the upcoming Korakuen Hall lineup but also information for the rest of the Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON year! President Nomura along with Akuma Toyota, Takayuki Ariwa, Hayato Saigo and Akahito Yamada, all of them in suits and on their best behavior met in front of selected Iwate press for the big reveal. President Yuki Nomura revealed that the entire month of February was all on the "Road of Completion" to CRIMSON's second "COMPLETIONxDESTINATION" event in early March. This time, the event will originate from CRIMSON's biggest venue in their home region, the Iwate Prefectural Gymnasium! Nomura revealed that this is the first of the annual "Super Four" events this year that will all be held at the Iwate Prefectural Gymnasium this year! 3/02's COMPLETIONxDESTINATION, 7/27, 10/13's Anniversary, and 12/24's DUE TIME Pt. 7 will all take place in front of the home CRIMSON audience instead of on the road.
In addition to the Korakuen Hall event, and COMPLETIONxDESTINATION, Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON will resume for a short tour in the middle of February. CRIMSON will visit all the usual prefectures from the 17th to the 23rd in a five show sprint.
Yuki Nomura announced the sub-main event of the Korakuen Hall "DECIDE THE DESTINATION!" event as Hayato Saigo vs. Akahito Yamada. Nomura claimed to be "interested" to see how the match and the rumors around Yamada panned out. Hayato Saigo in turn demanded to know why Yamada was turning his back on the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY, and even seemed insulted at how Yamada was doing his turn. Saigo claimed that everyone knew he was already aligned with KYOURUI 6. Saigo insisted that Yamada end the "charade" and simply reveal his alignment. Yamada remained impassive in the wake of Saigo's anger, and instead promised that their match on the 14th would quiet all the rumors of his alignment...
In the main event, the two strongest men in sheer power will clash to decide the next challenger to Nobuyori Shimizu's C-1 Heavyweight Champion. Takayuki Ariwa, the headstrong former leader of Yankizoku who has since mended his ways against the man who never lost the C-1 Heavyweight Championship, Akuma Toyota! Takayuki Ariwa in a suit that barely fit his bulk spoke at length about this being his second chance at the C-1 Heavyweight Championship, and his former mentor Nobuyori Shimizu. Ariwa referred to Akuma as a "stubborn wall" that "refuses to fall despite being broken", and promised that he would batter that "old wall" to the ground through sheer force of will. Toyota demanded to know how he was an "old wall" when Ariwa was only five years younger then him. Ariwa retorted by claiming that Akuma had already had his time at champion, and now it was Toyota's destiny to stand aside as a younger, faster, stronger, and better wrestler took his place in the championship hunt. Toyota looked around the room, before claiming he didn't see this man who would replace him. Instead, Toyota claimed, he only saw a "traitor" who would fight as hard as he could and not even be able to last ten minutes against him! As he's known to, Toyota then demonstrated the "power difference" between the two of them, spraying his arms out as far as he could...Ariwa displayed rare poise, refusing to become angry and instead vowed that he would defeat Akuma Toyota with the Splash Mountain. Toyota replied "We'll see about that".
At COMPETIONxDESTINATION, three title matches have already been signed. Ikuji Royama will aim to make his sixth C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship defense as he takes on the resurgent Millennium S.K! This is S.K.'s first title shot in almost three whole years, and coming off his neck injury will be fighting with everything he has left.
The C-1 Tag Team Championships will be on the line as well, as C-1 Tag Team Champions "TakaGawa" of Kenjiro Amagawa & Shinsuke Takahashi will defend against the FUSION League winners, the Vanguard of KYOURUI 6, Hiroyuki Takano & Mikio Tsuruya! Nomura called KYOURUI 6's league victory a "mockery" of the tournament, but said that TakaGawa had the chance to right the wrong with their own hands.
In the main event, Noboyori Shimizu will defend against the winner of the main event of "DECIDE THE DESTINATION!". Either Akuma Toyota or Takayuki Ariwa will challenge the incumbant champion. Shimizu has faced both men for the championship before. Shimizu lost to Toyota in the historic DUE TIME main event on 12/24/08, but defeated Takayuki Ariwa on 11/30/09.
