Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON returned to Tokyo at Korakuen Hall for the night that would decide the main event of COMPLETIONxDESTINATION. AVENIR and KYOURUI 6 clashed to open the event up, as Kaisen Tiger and Keiji Hirano bested Keoni Murata and Ryoma Inoue. Kaisen Tiger dropped Ryoma Inoue with a Tiger Suplex Hold for the three count fall.
AVENIR and KYOURUI 6 continued their battles in the following match. KYOURUI 6's "Vanguard" of Takano and Tsuruya along with PHOENIX faced "TakaGawa" and Hiroshi Kuroki. KYOURUI 6 emerged victorious this time, as Mikio Tsuruya spiked Shinsuke Takahashi with the Murder Carnival. Hiroyuki Takano announced that Vanguard would use their FUSION League victory to challenge TakaGawa for the C-1 Tag Team Championships at COMPLETIONxDESTINATION, to which the champions readily accepted.
The STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY and HEAVY WAR were on full display in the third match. C-1 Heavyweight Champion Nobuyori Shimizu led Toshiro Noguchi and Kazuya Endo to victory over Masakazu Fujimoto, Naoki Daishi & Rui Kuriyama. Kazuya Endo's plight between the SCA and HEAVY WAR was in full focus as Daishi took a "mentor" role in the match, guiding Endo to a "level up" while fighting against him...But in the end, the real story was Nobuyori Shimizu who gave a leveled up performance of his own, as the C-1 Heavyweight Champion cruised to victory hitting Daishi with the Tsuyosa German Suplex for the three count.
Next up was the SCA against SCA, as C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Ikuji Royama teamed with Tenshin Komatsu to best Royama's next C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship contender Millennium S.K. and Shuji Kawashima. S.K. and Kawashima put up a strong fight, but the difference proved too much as Komatsu blasted Kawashima with the Komatsu Knee Kick for the fall.
The path of Akahito Yamada was revealed fully, and to those who have followed his career in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON a sad event awaited them. Hayato Saigo and Akahito Yamada squared off for what was early on a clean back and forth match up. This charade only lasted five minutes. Suddenly Yamada complained of an eye poke and grabbed referee Hanzo Hijiyama. With the referee held, PHOENIX from KYOURUI 6 ambushed Hayato Saigo from behind dropping the Junior-Heavyweight ace with the Resurrection! Unsurprisingly Yamada's eye suddenly cleared up. Yamada covered, but Hayato Saigo kicked out! Yamada locked the wounded Saigo in the Crossface of Yamada, with the added insult of PHOENIX grabbing Saigo's leg from below the rope to prevent Saigo from escaping. With no other recourse Saigo reluctantly tapped out. The Tokyo audience jeered as Yamada was passed a ROPE from PHOENIX. Yamada used the rope to reapply the Crossface, yanking back on Saigo's throat with everything he had! Finally the SCA had seen enough and rushed to the aid of Saigo chasing KYOURUI 6 off. Yamada laughed maniacally as he was leaving, while screaming that it was "all about me" from now on...
One match remained that would decide the main event of COMPLETIONxDESTINATION on March 2nd. The "Uncrowned Champion" Akuma Toyota and the former leader of Yankizoku Takayuki Ariwa. Akuma Toyota surprisingly entered the ring first. Toyota was greeted with his usual mixture of jeers and cheers, however, the HEAVY WAR leader paid the audience no mind as he made his entrance. Toyota eagerly waited for his "weak" opponent. Instead of heavy guitar riffs, Ariwa's music began with bells, soft pianos and a slight vocal arrangement...These signaled the introduction of the "new" Takayuki Ariwa. Once the power of Ariwa's new theme song "World's End" kicked in, the stocky powerhouse entered the ring area wearing a brand new black ring jacket. A look of determination etched upon his young face as he stared down the impossibly strong wall known as Akuma Toyota. The audience split their loyalties roughly fifty fifty down the line for both men, the two of whom shared more similarities than differences. Once the bell sounded the battle raged immediately. The two gods of power charged into each other like heavy duty trucks colliding with violent fury. When the two weren't exchanging strikes, they were finding ways to test each other's power against the other such as test of strengths or rear chinlock reversals. Neither man could best the other on pure strength resulting in both being drenched in perspiration. Ten minutes passed in this unyielding deadlock with neither man being able to make any strong headway against the other. However, the announcement of ten minutes passed triggered the full scale war. Ariwa immediately screamed in Toyota's face that he had "survived Toyota's crushing", to which Toyota responded with a VICIOUS slap to the face of Ariwa! Ariwa stumbled, but caught the charging Toyota with a dull thudding Lariat to the throat! Toyota reeled allowing Ariwa to spin and CRUSH Toyota with the Angelos! Ariwa covered but Toyota emerged from the resulting pinfall at two before rolling out of the ring to buy time. Ariwa followed Toyota. This all proved to be a ruse, as Toyota caught hte charging Ariwa with a SICKENING CHAIR SHOT TO THE HEAD! Ariwa crumbled as referee Hanzo Hijiyama began to signal for the disqualification, only to be stopped by President Yuki Nomura! Nomura explained that this was an "All important match" and it couldn't be marred by such a result! Hijiyama, who works in the office under Nomura, understood and allowed the match to continue despite protests from the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY at ringside. With Ariwa brained, Toyota had the first full control of the match. Despite his success Toyota appeared worse for the wear as he kept holding his throat in obvious pain. Regardless, Toyota slowly rolled Ariwa inside of the ring and covered but the young power fighter Ariwa kicked out at two point seven! Toyota applied a sleeper hold, using his superior size to weight down Ariwa and weaken him further. Toyota continued to use such smart tactics to control Ariwa and weaken him bit by bit. Around the sixteen minute mark, Toyota kicked up the intensity as he bounced off the ropes and blasted Ariwa with a lariat! However, Ariwa gained a sudden burst of strength and refused to fall! Toyota responded with a short range lariat, but only to the same result! However, Ariwa's legs began to give on him resulting in Ariwa dropping to a knee. Toyota seized this opportunity by charging Ariwa with a final lariat...Ariwa's wrestling pedigree suddenly sprang to life as Ariwa ducked under Toyota's lariat, came up from behind, and HEAVED Toyota backwards as hard as he could with a release German suplex! Toyota flew a quarter across the ring before CRUSHING onto his neck! Yet Toyota himself immediately rose from the ashes, charged Ariwa and BEHEADED him with a lariat! HOWEVER Ariwa IMMEDIATELY sprung back to his feet and CRUSHED into Toyota with a charging spear with his entire 120kgs frame behind it! Ariwa rolled off of Toyota exhausted and both men laid in dead man's position. Over the speakers twenty minutes elapses was announced, causing a stir in the audience. Both Toyota and Ariwa were slow to reach their feet, but Toyota once again displayed his truly fearsome power by reaching his first as Ariwa was still struggling to pull himself up using the ropes. With malevolence in his eyes, Toyota charged across the ring and PUNTED Ariwa directly in the head! Ariwa's head snapped back with sweat flying every which direction. Toyota pulled Ariwa to his feet, hooked him, before once again displaying his awesome power by hitting the Akuma Ichimonji! Toyota placed both legs on Ariwa's arms to keep Ariwa down...but STILL Ariwa kicked out! The crowd which had largely kept silent, not picking a side, came alive with chants for Ariwa's name as Toyota aimed for the death blow. Yet even when Toyota lifted Ariwa for his final moves, Ariwa kept fighting with elbows to Toyota's chest and head. Yet at this point the difference had become too great, as Toyota absorbed the blows before a single chop dropped Ariwa to his knees. Toyota lifted Ariwa for a second Akuma Ichimonji, but Ariwa flipped out and landed on his feet! Toyota's shock was greeted by a BLISTERING serious of clubbing blows to the side of Toyota's head! Toyota reeled long enough for Ariwa to scoop Toyota up onto his shoulder in a Canadian Backbreaker position. Ariwa used his incredibly strong legs to CHARGE across the ring with all 121 kgs of Akuma Toyota on his shoulder before SLAMMING Toyota sternum first into the top of the turnbuckle! Ariwa pulled Toyota off the turnbuckle, spun around, and PLANTED Toyota in the middle of the ring with the Hammerfall! Instead of pining, as five minutes left were announced, Ariwa began to BELLOW while STOMPING his foot waiting for Toyota to pull himself up to his feet. The Tokyo audience clapped along until Toyota reached his feet and spun around, only to be VICIOUSLY SPEARED BY ARIWA! Ariwa wasn't done however, as all the energy and momentum rode with him. Ariwa repeated with even MORE frantic stomping as sweat poured from his head. Toyota, barely able to move after the last spear slowly pulled himself up his feet as three minutes left was announced. Toyota turned around only to eat a SECOND FULL SPEED SPEAR FROM ARIWA! Ariwa collapsed on top of Toyota, hooking both legs as Hanzo Hijiyama counted the fall!
ONLY TO HAVE TOYOTA KICK OUT AT 2.999! The Tokyo audience rocked and rolled as Toyota's shoulder came up at the last possible moment! Ariwa rolled to his knees before lifting one finger to the heavens. Ariwa lifted the near corpse of Akuma Toyota, using every body part he could find, as Ariwa hooked Toyota for the Splash Mountain! Ariwa dead lifted the 121kgs body of Toyota onto his shoulders. And yet when he tried to pull Toyota up, Toyota slipped free! Ariwa sensing danger, immediately sprung forward running into the ropes at full speed! Ariwa came off and shot in with another spear, only to be BLAAAAAASTED BY A TOYOTA KNEE KICK DIRECTLY TO ARIWA'S FACE! Both Toyota and Ariwa collapsed to their knees as ONE MINUTE was announced! Ariwa had nothing left in him. Yet Akuma Toyota still held strength as Toyota pulled Ariwa to his feet, and hooked him. With forty seconds left, Toyota lifted Ariwa onto his shoulders. The Tokyo audience came alive, as they knew what was about to happen. Toyota took a running start before UNCOVERING THE SAKUJO, SPIKING ARIWA'S HEAD INTO THE MAT AT A SICKENING ANGLE!!! TEN SECONDS were announced as Toyota crawled with all his might to Ariwa's prone body, at five he reached him, at four he dropped his arm, at three Hanzo dropped to the ground, at two Hanzo hit one. At one Hanzo hit two. And then the bell rang as Hanzo Hijiyama's arm came down for the third time. Confusion swept throughout the arena as the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY and HEAVY WAR spilled into the ring. HEAVY WAR celebrated, believing their leader to have won. C-1 Heavyweight Champion Nobuyori Shimizu and President Yuki Nomura both climbed into the ring as the official announcement was made that the match was a TIME LIMIT DRAW! HEAVY WAR lost their minds in protest at this, while the Tokyo audience gave both Toyota and Ariwa a heavy round of applause. As both Ariwa and Toyota were helped to sit up, President Yuki Nomura took a microphone. Nomura congratulated both men for their "strong battle", but said that neither of them had won the match and therefore had lost the right to challenge Nobuyori Shimizu! Toyota completely went insane, as he began to scream and attempt to charge Nomura but was restrained. Nomura turned to Shimizu, and asked Shimizu, as C-1 Heavyweight Champion, what he would like to do at COMPLETIONxDESTINATION. The crowd cheered as Nobuyori Shimizu surveyed the field of battle before him. Shimizu rose the microphone, before announcing that at COMPLETIONxDESTINATION he would wrestle...BOTH TAKAYUKI ARIWA AND AKUMA TOYOTA IN A THREE WAY MATCH! President Yuki Nomura nodded, as if he had expected this outcome, before announcing that for the first time ever, the C-1 Heavyweight Championship would be decided in a THREE WAY MATCH as Nobuyori Shimizu will aim for his third defense of the C-1 Heavyweight Championship against BOTH Takayuki Ariwa and Akuma Toyota!
