[Late CRIMSON] 1/05/10 @ Miyako City Gymnasium ~ FUSION League 2010

Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's quick turn around for the beginning of the FUSION League severely hurt attendance resulting in a less then full house for the tournament start at the Miyako City Gymnasium. C-1 Heavyweight Champion Nobuyori Shimizu led fellow SCA members Hayato Saigo and C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Ikuji Royama to victory in the opening match over KYOURUI 6 members Ryoma Inoue and BIG BOY Tomizaki along with Akahito Yamada. Yamada had difficulty throughout meshing with the heel side of the match. Inoue and Tomizaki both sported armbands with the number "5" for Inoue and "6" for Tomizaki on them...Shimizu spiked Tomizaki with the Tsuyosa German Suplex for the fall.

Tenshin Komatsu continued his climb back up the mountain as he faced off against one half of the PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag champions from AVENIR in Hiroshi Kuroki. Kuroki used his impressive speed to evade Komatsu for most of the match much to the frustration of Komatsu. However, when Komatsu finally caught Kuroki, he punished the AVENIR member with Komatsu Knee Kicks, before finally dropping Kuroki with a running variation for the fall.

The sixth and final member of the KYOURUI 6 was revealed as many predicted. Keoni Murata and PHOENIX faced off against AVENIR's Keiji Hirano and Kaisen Tiger. Murata and PHOENIX proved to be a strong duo as they scored the victory when PHOENIX used his swan dive DDT, the Dark Tides on Hirano for the fall. Hiroyuki Takano came to ringside and presented PHOENIX with the "3" armband to which PHOENIX accepted formally joining KYOURUI 6! In addition, Murata challenged Hiroshi Kuroki and Kaisen Tiger to a PWC Jr. Tag Team Championship match in the future.

The 2010 FUSION League kicked off with Masakazu Fujimoto and the bulked up Naoki Daishi taking on Shuji Kawashima and former professional fighter Kazuya Endo. As promised, Daishi and Endo wowed the audience with masterful exchanges on ground where Endo proved to be in Daishi's league. However, he wasn't Daishi's equal as after a high speed exchange of reversals on the ground, Daishi suddenly caught Endo with a Jujigatame forcing the immediate submission! Daishi praised Endo's abilities, but stated that the increasing muscle he is putting on his body make his submissions "instant death holds"!

KYOURUI 6's top two came face to face with their avenging former leader, as C-2 Openweight Champion Hiroyuki Takano and Mikio Tsuruya faced off against Takayuki Ariwa and Toshiro Noguchi. Both teams wildly brawled from the opening bell with the focus entirely placed on Takano vs. Ariwa. Despite Ariwa's desire to destroy Takano, it wasn't to be as Takano and Tsuruya used wit to defeat their foes. As Ariwa came off the ropes for a running Angelos, Tsuruya WHACKED him in the back with a chair! Ariwa stumbled forwards into TWO Takano Flash's to the face, followed by a Takano Axe Kick! With Ariwa on the ropes, Takano lifted Ariwa and spiked him with the Kubikari Driller for the three count fall! Takano taunted the fallen Ariwa, claiming that he had just definitively proven that he had been the one carrying AT CLUB all that time! Before leaving Tsuruya made sure to punt both Noguchi and Ariwa one more time, much to the dissatisfaction of the crowd...

The final tournament match up of the night pit the C-1 Tag Team Champions "TakaGawa" Kenjiro Amagaw and Shinsuke Takahashi against Rui Kuriyama and the wrestling world MVP Akuma Toyota! Both teams went back and forth, with TakaGawa using speed and technique to overcome the raw brutal strength of their opponents. However, much like with DUE TIME, TakaGawa were able to take control against Rui Kuriyama, who struggled against the vast difference in pure ability. However, TakaGawa were unable to do much at all against the overwhelming power of "Ace" Akuma Toyota. Revenge was on the mind of Akuma Toyota, and this time the ace would not be deterred. Toyota spiked Amagawa with the Akuma Ichimonji after a Kuri Lariat from Kuriyama. With Amagawa out of the picture, Takahashi was recipient of a sandwich lariat from both Toyota and Kuriyama before eating the Akuma Ichimonji himself! Takahashi proved his own strength by kicking out at two point nine. Despite his bravado, a second Akuma Ichimonji was what it took to keep the spirited Takahashi down for the three count.
