Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's female brand ATTACK GIRLS held a press conference at the Ryo Suzuki dojo in Morioka, Iwate where local reporters and fans were allowed to attend.
Ryo Suzuki began the public session by thanking local Iwate reporters and fans in attendance for coming, saying that tonight would be the first of many "defining" moments to come for ATTACK GIRLS. Suzuki hinted that there was an even bigger announcement waiting in the wings, but skillfully avoided saying anything too important. Suzuki announced that the "second wave" of ATTACK GIRLS would be revealed here, along with information for the August event dates at the end.
Ryo Suzuki virtually congratulated himself before introducing the first of the four new wrestlers, calling it a "magnificent scouting find". Suzuki discussed the former athletic career of Sadako Miura, a former volleyball player with Olympic hopes before her knee injury. Suzuki detailed the major surgery that had been a handicap for Miura since, knocked her out of volleyball, and became an albatross that Miura fought through during her training. However, Suzuki announced that Miura had refused to let her knee stand in her way and was prepared to make her debut!
A former volleyball player in high school and college, Sadako Miura has attracted interest due to her staggering height. A potential Olympic hopeful, a knee injury forced her out of volleyball and ended her potential career. Miura eventually was recruited into the Ryo Suzuki system and began training to be a pro-wrestler in March 2009. At 183 cm, Sadako towers over virtually all women wrestlers (and many male wrestlers), but will need to work on her natural instincts.

Suzuki jokingly remarked that Miura even towered over him at 177 cm, much to the embarrassment of Miura. Miura confidently declared that she would use her size to become a strong women's wrestler.
After Miura took her seat, Ryo Suzuki introduced the second of the four new recruits...

Yuuko Matsumoto came running out at full speed, unable to keep herself still. Ryo Suzuki had to instruct Matsumoto to calm down to enable them to shake hands. Every question Suzuki asked was met with an enthusiastic "Hai!" to some laughter from the reporters. Matsumoto declared that she was an engine that would never stop and would use relentless energy as her offensive weapon!
Before going to the third graduate, Ryo Suzuki seemed to hesitate, until finally revealing that this girl had been dismissed from the Ryo Suzuki dojo THREE TIMES, but had always managed to sneak back into classes and into the system each time. Suzuki added that if she didn't have natural talent as a pro-wrestler, he would have never graduated her for her terrible attitude and personality...
Even though she is smaller than most in ATTACK GIRLS, Haruka Ito brings serious attitude. Throughout her training, Ito routinely blew off practices, or intentionally attempted to hurt her training partners. Ito has a vicious streak a mile wide.
Haruka Ito
Birthplace: Hiyama-ku, Hokkaido
Birthdate: 07/11/90
Theme Music: "Jigsaw"
Weight: 57kg (125 lbs)
Height: 160cm (5'3")
Haruka Ito walked to Ryo Suzuki appearing to come right off the street. A tattered leather jacket, torn jeans, a Black Label Society T-shirt, her hair streaked with red and a cigarette dangling from her bottom lip. Suzuki attempted to reprimand the girl, but Ito cut Suzuki off by calling him a "useless old man" before saying that she didn't need to listen to his "bullshit" anymore! However, Ito's hard attitude suddenly vanished. Ito shrieked in girlish delight as she saw someone appear from the crowd...PWC International Women's Champion, "Devil Queen" Miyabi Fujita!
Ito attempted to rush Fujita in a blind joyous state, only to have Fujita freeze her into place with a stare. Ito hastily blurted out how much she admired Fujita and had attempted to follow her example. Fujita simply replied "How cute." before turning her attention to Ryo Suzuki. Suzuki demanded to know why Fujita had attended, but Fujita simply replied that she had to see "her", giving Suzuki a hard knowing stare. Ryo Suzuki appeared to know to whom Fujita referenced as Suzuki began to introduce the fourth and final graduate...
Ryo Suzuki began by saying that back in December, it had been the proudest moment of his career as a trainer when he had been approached by Chihiro, claiming it to be the greatest honor he'd ever received to train the daughter of a great friend. Suzuki continued, adding that the only reason Chihiro had missed the initial wave was due to her age and her joining after everyone else. With a flare, Suzuki introduced the "third generation" of the Nomura clan--CHIHIRO NOMURA!
The eldest daughter out of the three daughters sired by Yuki Nomura, and a third generation pro-wrestler Chihiro Nomura made the decision to enter the Ryo Suzuki system to join ATTACK GIRLS in December 2008. A scant sixteen years old, Nomura will continue her education much like other young women in ATTACK GIRLS while wrestling on the side. Chihiro Nomura has shown the same calm technical abilities that made her father famous. While born in Osaka, Chihiro has lived in the prefecture of Iwate since 2002 with her family, and has become best friends with Satoko Fukazawa.
Name: Chihiro Nomura
Birthplace: Hirano-ku, Osaka
Birthdate: 12/05/93
Theme Music: "Kokoro no Chikai"
Weight: 68kg (150 lbs)
Height: 165cm (5'5")
The Iwate reporters and fans climbed to their feet in applause as the daughter of local legend Yuki Nomura walked out to the podium. However, her way was blocked as Miyabi Fujita stepped in front of Chihiro, with the two daughters' of legendary pro-wrestlers staring at each other. Miyabi would break the silence, as she pointed to Chihiro and told her that SHE would be her first opponent! There wasn't the slightest hint of apprehension in Chihiro Nomura's face as she ACCEPTED the challenge! Satisfied, Miyabi Fujita walked out, with Haruka Ito chasing after her trying to get her attention...
With the obstacle out of the way, Ryo Suzuki was able to get a few comments out of the bashful Chihiro. Chihiro revealed that she had been around pro-wrestling her entire life, and had been a backstage presence at CRIMSON events for years. Chihiro also revealed that she had known about her father's retirement months before he officially announced it, saying that was when she decided to enter pro-wrestling. Chihiro turned confident, saying that she would "never" let the Nomura name fall out of Pro-Wrestling, and would continue her father and grandfather's heritage if it was the last thing she did! Nomura then screamed out "FUJITA-CHAN! I WILL WIN MY FIRST MATCH!", throwing along a fist pump in the air to a loud reaction from the Iwate reporters and fans in attendance.
With everything calmed down, Ryo Suzuki revealed the schedule for ATTACK GIRLS in August. It will be the single biggest month for the small brand in history, as ATTACK GIRLS will run three times, and for the first time will leave Iwate heading to Miyagi! Hearing this, Matsumoto screamed out in joy to laughter...
8/10/09 @ Ohasama Town Country Plaza (380) (Iwate)
8/16/09 @ Onagawa Town Gymnasium (250) (Miyagi)
8/27/09 @ Ohasama Town Country Plaza (380) (Iwate)
With nothing left to announce, Ryo Suzuki ended the meeting saying that match lists would be revealed "soon".
