[CRIMSON] 8/14/10 ~ Iwate Memorial Openweight Cup Finals

- Kenta Arakiki and Keoni Murata's tag team in the fourth match as expected fell apart leading to Arakiki blasting Murata with the Hikitsuri to set up the Splash Mountain from Takayuki Ariwa...Arakiki and Murata began exchanging heated words over Arakiki's disrespect for the CRIMSON Junior Heavyweight Championship. The issue was settled by Hiroyuki Takano who coldly encouraged the two to settle their issues with a match.

- HEAVY WAR fell once again in six man competition, this time ot the interpromotional team of C-1 Heavyweight Champion Nobuyori Shimizu, Toshiro Noguchi, and FURY's Chikao Kessin. Rui Kuriyama tasted defeat by eating Kessins' Sekai Ichi no Backdrop. Toyota berated his recruited soldiers for their weakness as of recent. Toyota claimed that tonight was the last time he would team with Daishi or Kuriyama until they "displayed their strength". Instead, Toyota revealed his new tag team partner, and the newest member of HEAVY WAR, former BLACKHEART member "Texas Outlaw" Jake Bishop!

- The Iwate Memorial Openweight Six Man Cup entered the final stage. In the first semi final, the Okinawa Speed Stars claimed a surprising upset as the openweight team took the fall over the American Invaders from JGP. Ota and Saigo using their new "Oita to Okinawa" double team finisher to put down former C-1 Heavyweight Champion Stephen Priest. In the other semi final, Bloody Gears took on the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY team of Amagawa, Takahashi & Kuroki in a high spurt offense orientated match. Makoto Saito pulled through for Bloody Gears, blasting Takahashi with the Shiraku Blade for the fall.

- The final was thus set up for the Interpromotional Openweight team of the Okinawa Speed Stars against the CRIMSON born Bloody Gears. The speed of Ota and Saigo combined with the raw power of Yoritomo proved to give Bloody Gears quite the issue with their striking and basic attack style. And yet soon Bloody Gears isolated the weakest link of the Okinawa Speed Stars, as they kept Ota and Saigo out of the match and isolated Yoritomo for most of the match. A brutal attack on Yoritomo with strikes ensued, capped off with a jumping high kick by Royama into the Shikaeshi from Komatsu for the decisive tournament victory!

- Tenshin Komatsu, Ikuji Royama & Makoto Saito were all rewarded with trophies and their own personal checks for winning the tournament. Komatsu proclaimed the the second half of 2010 would be Bloody Gears' chance to break through as the dominant faction in CRIMSON. Royama reiterated his goal of winning back the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship "as soon as possible". Makoto Saito displayed emotion as he talked about never receiving a C-1 Heavyweight Championship match in all his years of CRIMSON service and added that he would use everything in his power to claim the C-1 Heavyweight Championship from Nobuyori Shimizu on September 1st in Miyagi!
