The first two nights of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's "CRIMSON CONCERTO ~ WEEKEND RHAPSODY" "tour" were announced. The two nights over the 25th and 26th see a few interesting matches.
The Backdrop Brothers begin their "Weight Loss Challenge" as Kenjiro Amagawa challenged Mikio Tsuruya to a weight loss competition. Tsuruya, who is naturally bulky was less then enthused with this idea. On night one they team to take on Toshiro Noguchi and Kazuki Takagi in tag action.
Sorai Kamachi gets a chance at revenge on night one against one of the four men who cost him his identity as he takes on BIG BOY Tomizaki in a grudge match.
The alignment of "STRONGEST" has seemingly opened the floodgates for inter-weight class pairings in CRIMSON as not only do MOUJA team with the still unnamed foursome of Inoue, Royama, Tomizaki & Tatsuko, but the seikigun team of Yuki Nomura and Akahito Yamada step up to take on Nobuyori Shimizu and Hayato Saigo.
The main event of night one sees Goro Iijima & three crown king Akuma Toyota team to take on the two men that walked out on them, "Texas Outlaw" Jake Bishop and Rui Kuriyama for the C-1 Tag Team Championships.
Night two is main evented by what may be the most historically important junior tag match in CRIMSON history. After five years without teaming, the original two Ryo Suzuki graduates in the Junior's team up once again. Hayato Saigo teams with the former Millennium S.K., Sorai Kamachi to take on Ryoma Inoue & Ikuji Royama. A match so big, that it was put over the heavyweight stars on the show...Apparently, Hayato Saigo himself requested the match, perhaps to try and woo Kamachi to teaming with STRONGEST on the upcoming Elimination match in Sendai.
The other big match sees Rui Kuriyama and "Texas Outlaw" Jake Bishop take on OVERTHROW of Naoki Daishi & Akahito Yamada, in a match that could be incredibly important if Kuriyama & Bishop were to defeat Toyota & Iijima the night previous.
Oddly, there is something interesting on the two shows...SLAYER, who Sorai Kamachi "dismissed" is nowhere to be seen on the cards, with no word on where SLAYER is...
