[CRIMSON] 8/17/09 ~ August Lineups...T-1 Heavyweight?!

Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON President Yuki Nomura announced the upcoming lineups for August for the company. Accompanying Yuki Nomura during the reveal was Mikio Tsuruya who proudly carried the C-1 Heavyweight Championship he stole from Akuma Toyota as if he had won the championship. Nomura attempted to coerce Tsuruya into relinquishing control of the championship, but Tsuruya flatly refused claiming that the title was now his. Nomura then attempted hardball tactics, threatening Tsuruya with suspension if he refused to hand over the championship. Nomura's threats failed to faze Tsuruya, who simply said he'd take the championship with him to his home...

The issue of Akuma Toyota was discussed, with Nomura revealing that Toyota would be missing at the very least the upcoming tour as he recovered from Tsuruya's attacks. Nomura fully admitted that this left the C-1 Heavyweight Championship in limbo, as the issue of title vacancy had come up...At this point; Mikio Tsuruya shoved Nomura before declaring that HE was the C-1 Heavyweight Champion! As if to prove his point, Tsuruya pulled a sticker out of his pocket, and plastered a T over the C on the championship belt. Tsuruya announced himself as the first ever T-1 Heavyweight Champion and would be a fighting champion!

Yuki Nomura's patience snapped, as Nomura with a growl in his voice announced that if he couldn't convince Tsuruya to be a "decent human being", he could enact revenge on Akuma Toyota's behalf. Tsuruya's attitude gave the impression he couldn't care less, until Nomura revealed that Tsuruya would "defend" the T-1 Heavyweight Championship against Akuma Toyota's tag team partner, and C-2 Openweight Champion Masakazu Fujimoto at Korakuen Hall!
