Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON held a rare event in Yokohama, headlined by hometown star Naoki Daishi making his first attempt at the C-1 Heavyweight Championship...In the opening match, AVENIR's Kenjiro Amagawa and Shinsuke Takahashi once again proved their strength as a team, as they easily dispatched the Yankizoku team of Keoni Murata and BIG BOY Tomizaki, Amagawa planting Tomizaki with a Backdrop Hold. Murata protested Amagawa's use of "his move" after the match, and the two argued over who had the best Backdrop Hold. LOVE, led by Tenshin Komatsu scored a decisive victory over the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY and the unaligned duo of Makoto Saito and SLAYER. Komatsu blasted Shuji Kawashima with the Komatsu Knee Kick for the win. LOVE and Yankizoku couldn't get along in the third match, as team of Ryoma Inoue and PHOENIX imploded almost immediately against Toshiro Noguchi and Keiji Hirano. After PHOENIX laid out Inoue with the Another Fate, Hirano debuted his new move, a flying boot to the face called the "Hirano Rocket" for the three count. Yankizoku and the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY had yet another battle on the card, this time with four out of the five champions in CRIMSON. Despite the power of a team consisting of Nobuyori Shimizu, Hayato Saigo, Ikuji Royama & Masakazu Fujimoto, Yankizoku would emerge victorious. Mikio Tsuruya bashed Hayato Saigo over the head with a chair behind the referee's back to set up Tsuruya's new move the "Murder Carnival", a double under hook piledriver for the fall.
Pro-Wrestling FURY and Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON collided once again, this time for the PWC Jr. Tag Team Championships, as PREDATORS finally made true of their dream to return the championships to Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON. The two teams went toe to toe early, with PREDATORS using speed to counter the UPRISER'z team's power and trickery. The end series was a flurry of bodies and high level moves. Kaisen Tiger hit Manabe Tsuji with his Tsuki Hikari but Tsuji managed to kick out. A Bullet Wrath and PRISM resulted in the same result. At the same time, Kuroki survived RYUJI's Diving Headbutt but PREDATORS successfully dodged Tsuji's Guts Coaster multiple times. Where a single move failed to gain the result, a medley sealed the deal. In quick succession, PREDATORS hit RYUJI with a PRISM from Kuroki, a Bullet Wrath from Kaisen Tiger, a high angle Fisherman Buster from Kuroki, and finally a second Tsuki Hikari. With Kuroki holding Tsuji back, the three count was registered giving PREDATORS the hard fought victory and the PWC Jr. Tag Team Championships! During the title presentation, PREDATORS beamed with pride, before Hiroshi Kuroki called the night the greatest of his career, saying they had finally achieved their goal. In broken Japanese, Tiger declared that CRIMSON was #1 and PREDATORS were #1 as well, to loud cheers!
Naoki Daishi has fought in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON since 2003. He has never received a C-1 Heavyweight Championship match. In Yokohama he would finally gain the chance, and the ability to prove his mantra once and for all. Standing in his way was the dominating invincible champion Akuma Toyota. The Yokohama crowd made their feelings known immediately, treating Akuma Toyota hostily before the match even began. The match followed a simple formula early, as Toyota would swing and charge blindly using power but instead of fighting Toyota straight up, Daishi would counter or maneuver out of the way to Toyota's frustration. Daishi attempted to wear down Toyota with holds and low kicks, but Toyota continually powered out of every move. Daishi managed to trap Toyota in a Triangle Choke after Toyota lifted Daishi in the air, nearly causing the champion to pass out. However, in a feat of strength, Toyota powerbombed Daishi while in the hold. Not once or twice, but FOUR TIMES until Daishi finally released the hold. From there, Daishi could no longer escape Toyota, who nearly took his head off with a lariat for a near fall. A few minutes later, and two Akuma Ichimonji's later, Akuma Toyota put down his junior challenger, and crushed the hopes of the Yokohama fans.
Akuma Toyota would not have long to enjoy his victory, as nearly immediately he was attacked from behind by Yankizoku's MIKIO TSURUYA! Tsuruya assaulted Toyota with a chain, blasting Toyota multiple times in the face with his fist wrapped in the chain, before attempting to choke the life out of Toyota. Yuki Nomura attempted to pull off Tsuruya, only to be punched in the face by Tsuruya aswell, leading to Nomura bleeding profusely. Tsuruya began using his fingernails to rip and tear at the cut of Toyota until surprisingly it was AVENIR that came to the ring and not the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY, forcing Tsuruya to flee the ring. Tsuruya made the motion of putting a belt around his waist, as Nomura attempted to get medical help for both himself, and Toyota who laid in a puddle of his own blood.
