Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON ~ 6/09/08 ~ Power Summit Series lineups

Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON presents an eventful tour tomorrow beginning at it's holy ground of the Miyako 1000 Tokuji Gymnasium. President Kazushi Mimura in a short statement revealed that while buildings had been scaled back from the POWER SOURCE tournament, that Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON was targeting the Pro-Wrestling market with the idea of presenting quality over quanity, with just about every show having atleast one major match or stipulation...

The tour kicks off at Miyako on the 10th, where Nobuyori Shimizu and Toshiro Noguchi try for their V.2 defense of the Tag Championships against the Backdrop Brothers of Kenjiro Amagawa and Mikio Tsuruya. This is the second title challenge of the Backdrop Brothers since their debut in CRIMSON last year, while Nobuyori Shimizu's shoulder continues to be a question mark. Shimizu will appear on just about every show on the tour, health permitting.

The 12th at Sports Plaza Fujisaka sees two "Pro-Wrestling FURY" related matches. The first sees three junior teams face off for the chance to "eventually" challenge for the PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Championships held by ATSUKA and YAKUTA in FURY. No date has been set, but the winning team will receive a title shot. The main event of the show sees SLAYER take on his leader Millennium S.K. for the very first time to see who will represent Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON in Pro-Wrestling FURY's absolutely prestigious J1-MAX tournament this year. The winner will get a chance to compete in arguably Pro-Wrestling most known and beloved tournament.

The 14th at Miyako 1000 Tokuji Gymnasium is a usual tag orientated event aside from the opening match. In a shocker, the "Supreme Commander" Tatsumichi Akamatsu will team with his newest young fighter Daisuke Yamazaki...Akamatsu apparently requested the match, as he wants to evaluate Yamazaki in the ring...

The 16th see's a "gesture of old style wrestling" at the Iwate Town Training Center as there will be a SECOND C-1 Tag Team Championship match on the tour! Mimura stated that he wanted to breed "stronger" champions by making them defend more often, and as such the Winner of Shimizu & Noguchi vs. Amagawa & Tsuruya will defend...against Akuma Toyota and Goro Iijima, a super team if there ever was! Mimura called the match a "dark battle" for the champions, whoever they would be, but was confident that through it the CRIMSON team would be stronger for it...

The 18th at Amarune Town Gymnasium see's the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship match between Hayato Saigo and Natsuo Sakoda take center stage. Sakoda has been on a hot streak since developing his "CRASH-UP" finisher, and looks to take the championship that he's failed to take in the past. Saigo, looks to make a V.2 defense himself.

The 20th at Kamadashi Memorial Hall sees a unique main event, as for the first time in quite awhile, Seiji Ebisawa and Naoki Daishi will team up. The two were founding members of Spirit International with Goro Iijima and Katsumi Gakusha. Ironically, they will take on Goro Iijima, and his partner Rui Kuriyama. In the semi-main event, Izumo Yoritomo gets a chance at revenge as he takes on former partner Keiji Hirano once again in singles competition.

The final day of the tour will take place on the 22nd at the world famous Tokyo Korakuen Hall...The event sees three unique main level matches. The first called "FRIEND OR FOE" sees Yuki Nomura team with Seiji Ebisawa to take on Goro Iijima and the "Supreme Commander" himself...the theme of the match is Iijima's request for Nomura to join him in the BLACKHEARTS, the new alliance between Iijima & Akamatsu, and the distrust between Nomura and Ebisawa...The other two matches see a full on BLACKHEARTS and DYNAMITE/Gakusha Army collison in two matches. In the first Shino Hiriyama, Kazuhiro Okamura and Hideki Sato take on "Texas Outlaw" Jake Bishop, Rui Kuriyama & Daisuke Yamazaki...the main event of the show sees Akuma Toyota challenge Katsumi Gakusha for the IFS Openweight Championship for the second time. It will be Toyota's second chance on the tour to become a champion, and the second in a battle that's waged in the ring and through words for months, since last year.

Another date was announced, on July 1st, in SAITAMA! This will be Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's first venture into Saitama, at the Shoichi Citizen Gymnasium...No matches were announced, but due to it being Tatsumichi Akamatsu's home prefecture, one can expect his participation.
