[CRIMSON] 6/04/09 ~ The status of Millennium S.K.

A major question in recent weeks since his injury is the status of one of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's signboard junior-heavyweight stars, Millennium S.K. SK was hurt in the 2009 Power Source tournament and was forced to forfeit all remaining matches. The news has been hush since, with the only news being that S.K. had suffered a neck injury.

President Yuki Nomura held a press gathering at the Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON offices in Iwate to finally discuss the matter in full detail. Nomura started off by announcing that Millennium S.K. was in stable condition with no immediate danger, but that his current status wasn't very promising. Nomura explained what had caused the injury, the double team Backdrop and Neckbreaker by Shino Hiriyama and Kazuhiro Okamura on April 26th of this year. S.K. attempted to wrestle through the injury, but on May 1st was injured so badly that he was removed from the Power Source tournament. Since then, S.K.'s condition has been kept a secret, but Nomura revealed that S.K. had suffered a severe neck injury. When S.K. suffered the full effects of the injury on the 1st, he was unable to move his body for a significant amount of time, a symptom that he had suffered a fracture in his neck which later was proven to be true. Since then, S.K. has been heavily monitored and even had surgery performed. At S.K.'s family's request, the operation was performed in the tightest secrecy.

Nomura announced that Sorai Kamachi would make a full recovery after healing for a significant amount of time, but was uncommitted about S.K.'s ability to return to Pro-Wrestling. The best Nomura would give was a "wait and see" approach, although Nomura admitted that S.K. told Saigo and himself a few days after his surgery that he would be making a full comeback to Pro-Wrestling.

Yuki Nomura announced that Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON had covered the entire medical debt, but would still be holding an event to honor Millennium S.K., while also providing financial assistance to his family in these trying times with all proceeds from the event going to S.K.'s family.

On that somber note, Nomura thanked everyone for attending and ended the conference.
