[CRIMSON] 2/20/09 ~ Farewell the Twisted Angel Announced

The date has been set, the single most important man in the history of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON will retire on March 15th, two-thousand and nine at the Miyako 1000 Tokuji Gymnasium.

Yuki Nomura hosted a small press gathering at the Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON offices in Miyako, Iwate to announce who would be the final three opponents of his career. There was an empty seat, obviously there for someone, but no one had shown up to take the seat.

The first is still unknown. Nomura stated that he had sent a request to Goro Iijima, but that Goro Iijima had sent back the letter with "Fuck You!" written on it in presumably red ink, and underlined several times for emphasis. Nomura remarked that their issues had gone from "professional" to outright hatred. Nomura said that he felt the chances of getting Iijima were slim. As for whom else it could be, Nomura said that he had a few ideas but that if no one candidate stood out he would recruit from within AVENIR for the opportunity.

The second opponent has been decided, as Pro-Wrestling FURY wrestler, and Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON legend Hachiro Yakuta will return to Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON to face his greatest rival! Nomura stated that unlike Iijima, Yakuta and he had always maintained a level of respect for each other. Yakuta had personally appealed to be one of Nomura's final matches, and Nomura felt it would be a fitting match given that for so many years Yakuta had led HANGUN against the CRIMSON seikigun that Nomura led. Nomura even further slammed a barb at Iijima, saying that even though he didn't agree with Yakuta all the time, he still knew he was a good, proud man at heart unlike "the snake" Iijima...

Nomura announced that his final match would be against a Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON wrestler, and a man that he had personally set on the path he currently walks on...TENSHIN KOMATSU! Nomura brought up the past, specifically the 2005 Power Source tournament. In the finals of that tournament, it was Yuki Nomura against Tenshin Komatsu. In the end, for all his skills, Komatsu made a youthful mistake and Nomura cradled him for the win. After the match, Komatsu appealed to Nomura to be his mentor, to train him to be a stronger wrestler. However, unwilling at the time to train anyone, Nomura spurned Komatsu and rejected him. However, Komatsu found a willing mentor in Goro Iijima who took Komatsu under his wing. Komatsu became the Prince of Rouzeki-GUN, and a man who let greed and spite fuel him.

Nomura stated that everything Tenshin Komatsu is and everything he has become came from that one moment. Nomura turned his back on the youth, and Komatsu followed a path that he should have never been allowed to walk. Nomura said that for his final match, he would make it right and teach Komatsu everything he should have already taught him.

At this point, Tenshin Komatsu suddenly burst into the press conference, having obviously been called for the press conference. Nomura sarcastically thanked Komatsu for attending before Komatsu launched into a venomous rant at Nomura, saying that all their history was "bullshit" and none of it mattered anymore. Nomura quite calmly replied that their history DID matter, as Nomura's decision turned Komatsu into an angst punk who squanders his natural talents. This only infuriated Komatsu more, as he had to be held back by Shino Hiriyama and Kazuhiro Okamura. Nomura calmly laid out the stakes of their match, saying that Komatsu had to take the match regardless but that he would be willing to deal with him. Nomura told Komatsu that if he could beat Nomura in what would be his third match in one night that he would grant Tenshin Komatsu the ability to take a C-1 Heavyweight Championship at ANY TIME he wants. Nomura even went as far as to say that as long as he had a referee; Komatsu could take his shot on the streets. He could wait until the champion went to sleep, and immediately cover him. Anytime. Anyplace. Unsurprisingly, Tenshin Komatsu immediately took back his complaints.

However, Nomura grabbed Komatsu with a cold gaze before telling him the conditions if he won the match. Nomura pointed at Komatsu before simply saying "You will belong to me". A silence went through the room before Komatsu demanded to know what Nomura meant. With a sigh, Nomura explained that Komatsu would have to submit his very will to Nomura. If Nomura told him to go make up with his family and reunite with his estranged wife Komatsu would be forced to do it. If Nomura told him to immediately retire, he would have to do so without question. In essence, through the contract Komatsu had just signed for CRIMSON, Nomura would *OWN* his very soul as a pro-wrestler. Nomura gave no hints of what he would want from Komatsu; instead he opted to say "My word will be the word of God to you".

A long pause spread throughout the room, until Nomura broke it by asking Komatsu if the terms were agreeable. Shino Hiriyama and Kazuhiro Okamura both told Komatsu he should say no, that the terms were too high, but blinded by the chance at the championship that has always eluded him, Tenshin Komatsu agreed to Yuki Nomura conditions and offered his hand. Nomura accepted it without hesitation. Komatsu told Nomura that he would "retire with disgrace", while Nomura replied that he had lived in disgrace since the day he saw what kind of man Komatsu had become…
