The beginning of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's first of two concept tours
began as "BRAVE DESTINY in IWATE" was kicked off at the Esashi Citizen
Sports Bunka Hall.
The other title at stake in the upcoming Three Team Elimination Series was officially declared before the third match of the night, as Akuma Toyota accepted Seiji Ebisawa's offer that if anyone pinned him during the series, he would defend the IFS Openweight Championship! The match itself pitted Toyota and the gaijin assassin the "Texas Outlaw" Jake Bishop against the still unaffiliated Izumo Yoritomo and the CRIMSON dedicated Toshiro Noguchi...The fact that Yoritomo refuses to pick sides any more was evident, as he and Noguchi appeared to never be fully on the same page together which led to the BLACKHEARTS using their usual brutal attacks to gain and hold the advantage leading to Toyota nearly decapitating Noguchi with a lariat for the three count fall.
It was supposed to be the first of two revenge matches for what remains of HEROICS after Ikuji Royama's attack on them and the injury to Akira Tomizaki...but Kazuki Takagi came up completely short. Despite the experience advantage, size, and strength advantage Ikuji Royama tore into Kazuki Takagi with brutal efficiency. Royama would nail Takagi with a kick, and right when Takagi would go down Royama would land a knee drop or another move...Royama never once picked Takagi up, backed away, or waited. He simply attacked from any position Takagi would be in like he was slowly destroying him piece by piece. Royama showed his own surprising strength as he landed the Flare Up! on Takagi followed the horrific Sliding Shotei on Takagi for the three count! HANZO rushed into the ring from ringside to keep Royama from continuing the attack, but Royama showed no intentions of doing so before raising his arm in victory and walking out of the ring without saying another thing.
The "A+T Club" as they have been dubbed by their fan base on fan sites and message boards steamrolled through their opponents, former C-1 Heavyweight Champion and current C-1 Tag Team Champion Goro Iijima and Rui Kuriyama in tag action, as Hiroyuki Takano scored the win with the Takano Driver on Kuriyama, after Kuriyama had ate the Angelos from Ariwa...After the match, Takayuki Ariwa grabbed Goro Iijima by the throat and despite his own strength Iijima could not escape the young power fighter's grasp...Ariwa growled out over a microphone that they would take on whoever the C-1 Tag Team Champions were after the Toyota/Iijima vs. Backdrop Brothers match later this tour and seemed to be trying to choke the life out of Iijima...but the wily veteran nailed Ariwa with a knee to the midsection to break it up, and then a Kinan High Kick right up to Ariwa's temple, dropping the misguided young man. Takano tended to Ariwa instead of attacking as Iijima calmly rubbed his neck and grabbed the microphone...Iijima called Ariwa a young punk who didn't know his own strength...but said that any man could be stopped with one blow to the head...and suggested that Ariwa and Takano keep that in mind from now on...
Things in the MILLENNIUM STARS seem to be at a breaking point. Ryoma Inoue once again refused to come out with the rest of the MILLENNIUM STARS, insisting on his own entrance since he is the "biggest star" of all the stars. Millennium S.K. was not amused leading to a shouting match which Inoue callously blew off which only further angered S.K. On the other side of the ring was a strengthened OVERTHROW, which despite the fact that Yamada would be challenging Daishi for his C-2 Openweight Championship got along remarkably well. Kaisen Tiger fit in with Daishi & Yamada and to a lesser extent Natsuo Sakoda with remarkable adaptability like a missing part of the team had been filled...However, in the end it would be the near outright implosion of the STARS at the ringside that caused the loss...Ryoma Inoue dropped off the apron near the end of the match to "sign an autograph" for a fan who did not seem to be particularly interested...S.K. noticed this and launched into a rage and confronted Inoue leading to the two getting in an argument...In the heat of the moment, Inoue shoved S.K. who fell down which seemed to trigger some type of instinct from SLAYER, who practically FLEW at Ryoma Inoue leading to him attempting to GOOZLE THE LIFE out of Inoue, while shaking him wildly. S.K. attempted to pull SLAYER off Inoue, but for once SLAYER would not listen to his leader...In the ring, Tatsuko was completely confused at what was taking place leading to Kaisen Tiger dropped him with a Tiger Suplex throw into his Bullet Wrath double knee attack for the three count fall. When things had calmed down at ringside, Inoue took a microphone and began to preach to the hurt Ichiyo Tatsuko, claiming that it was all a plot by Millennium S.K. to keep the two of them from succeeding, even going as far as to claim that S.K. had ordered SLAYER to attack him! S.K. attempted to defend himself, claiming Inoue had not been focused on the match, but Inoue shockingly told his leader to shut up. Inoue then asked Tatsuko who had allowed him to fulfill his life long dream of singing with him, claiming that Tatsuko had a "heavenly voice" that someone like S.K. could never understand! This seemed to be the deciding factor for Ichiyo Tatsuko as he left with Ryoma Inoue...Who left the ring while mocking S.K. with distorted faces showing his maturity level...
The main event was the signal of the junior division finally "entering the war" that has plauged Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON since October of last year...Due to the insistence of MOUJA, Hayato Saigo the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion was teamed with Yuki Nomura to take on C-1 Heavyweight Champion Seiji Ebisawa and his spy Keiji Hirano marking one of the rare times the two top singles titles in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON were in the same match together...Before the main could even begin, Keiji Hirano took a microphone proceeding to taunt Hayato Saigo saying that he had finally been dragged from his "lofty standing" in CRIMSON down into the dregs of warfare. Hirano then lost his mind seemingly, as he went off on how he had been fighting in this war now on two sides, and how it infuriated him that while the heavyweights were giving their souls for this war, the junior's simply ignored what was taking place. Hirano claimed he "despised" junior wrestling which is why he has always demanded to be a heavyweight. Hirano claimed that he would win the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight championship from Saigo just to prove that junior's are inferior to heavyweights once and for all. Hirano's comments seemed to fire up Saigo, who attacked with his lightning fast attacks. The match itself largely featured Hirano and Saigo as Nomura and Ebisawa stayed mostly as support. Hirano proved to be equal to Saigo in skill, making up for whatever he lacked in speed with more power, and leading to the two having an even battle back and forth. Nomura and Ebisawa had a heated moment halfway through the match as the two "pillars" clashed head first with a strike battle, that neither man could win leading to both collapsing out of exhaustion. Hirano attempted his cheating ways, trying to punt Saigo in the groin to gain an advantage, but Saigo used his quickness to catch Hirano's leg before landing an even quicker enzuigiri! Hirano collapsed forward, and Saigo landed his Brainbuster, covering for the almost flash like three count! Saigo took the microphone that Hirano had used to blast off his comments, and surprisingly sternly told the downed Hirano that he would prove to Hirano the strength of the junior's over and over until he gave up and went back to the Heavyweights a defeated man!
