A new battleground was created tonight, on the fifth anniversary of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON’s birth! The main event of the night saw the C-1 Heavyweight Champion Goro Iijima defend his championship against the red-hot Toshiro Noguchi from N.G.I. in an incredibly violent heated match. Iijima came to the ring with Toyota in toe, while Noguchi came with all of N.G.I. Noguchi’s intensity cost him early, as he missed a charge, sending himself running into the post busting his head open. Iijima tore at the wound for several minutes, but Noguchi fought back showing how far he’s come since joining the promotion in 2003. Eventually Noguchi was able to land the Tokkan, his evolved Thunder Hammer, but Iijima was able to kick out! Noguchi continued to pour on the attack as the fans rallied behind him including setting up for a flying Tokkan, but Iijima managed to crotch Noguchi on the top rope. The two fought over positioning until Iijima suddenly flew off with Noguchi with an avalanche Rydeen Bomb! The count came down, and at the final moment Noguchi used all his power to kick out! The fans roared as Noguchi pulled himself to his feet, only to be BLASTED by Goro Iijima’s Kinan High Kick! Noguchi stood still for a second or two, until his body collapsed, and Iijima covered for the pinfall victory to keep the C-1 Heavyweight Championship! Toyota and N.G.I. tended to their respective wrestlers, when the attention of the fans was stolen from them.
It wouldn’t be the C-1 Heavyweight Championship match that would get all the attention tonight, as a very familiar song began to play. The theme caused the fans to stand up from their seats as one of the MVP’s of Japanese Pro-Wrestling walked out to Engines of Aki, Tatsumichi Akamatsu! Everyone in the ring stopped what they were doing as the former Pro-Wrestling ZION star made his way to the ring. Akamatsu entered the ring to a massive ovation from the seven hundred fans in attendance. An awkward moment evolved as Akamatsu walked to an empty corner and began to simply stare at the wrestlers in the ring with his arms crossed, who were all confused. A minute passed with no one moving, when suddenly there was activity…as AKU TOYOTA NAILED GORO IIJIMA FROM BEHIND WITH A LARIAT! Everyone in the ring turned to look at what just happened, which allowed Akamatsu to suddenly EXPLODE from the corner with a running lariat to the back of Takayuki Ariwa’s head, followed by a jumping high kick to the face of Toshio Noguchi! Nobuyori Shimizu attempted to fight back against Akamatsu, but was clubbed from behind by Toyota and then POWERBOMBED by Akamatsu! The reaction from the fans suddenly turned hostile as Akamatsu stood over the bodies of the CRIMSON wrestlers! Toyota left the ring and grabbed a chair while Akamatsu continued to stand over the bodies. Rouzeki-GUN and the CRIMSON affiliated wrestlers suddenly hit the ring, for once working together against a common enemy. Tenshin Komatsu attempted to climb into the ring, but Toyota suddenly nailed him in the face with a chair assisted lariat, sending him crashing to the floor with blood coming from his face! The wrestlers out of the ring slowly began to pull the other wrestlers out of the ring, but not without Toyota stomping their hands every so often…Akamatsu remained unmoving, with his arms crossed, with no expression on his face as Toyota began to demand a house microphone. Once Toyota was given the microphone, he turned it over immediately to Tatsumichi Akamatsu! Akamatsu took the microphone and then he…laughed. A short brutal laugh, then demanded in harsh tones if this was “all that this promotion had to offer?” to an increasingly IRATE reaction from the loyal CRIMSON fans. Akamatsu stated that he had been without a home in wrestling since the closure of Pro-Wrestling ZION, and that he had decided to take “roots” in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON! But that he was disappointed to see their lack of spirit, passion, and skill…saying that Pro-Wrestling as a whole had become weak and untalented. Akamatsu then looked at all the wrestlers around the ring, and then simply called them unprepared to face him! He had recruited the most promising wrestler in the promotion, Aku Toyota to take care of them for him! This caused former two time C-1 Heavyweight Champion Yuki Nomura to angrily climb up onto the apron and exchange a heated stare with Akamatsu…who then dismissed Nomura with a hand gesture! Nomura attempted to get into the ring, but a chair swing by Toyota forced him to back down. Akamatsu said that he was uninterested in facing anyone in CRIMSON due to their lack of abilities, and that he was uninterested in working a full schedule for CRIMSON…but that he would force them to evolve as pro-wrestlers through sheer willpower and power to become a challenge for him. Akamatsu turned to Toyota, and stated that the name “Aku” did not fit him…and renamed him as “Akuma” Toyota! He then announced him as the “Captain” of a new faction, putting him in charge of all day to day operations of the group…but that he (Akamatsu) would be the SUPREME COMMANDER of the unit. Akamatsu then looked around the ring, and asked all the wrestlers if they were “prepared for war”, because the “BLACKHEARTS” would be prepared to not only wage war against Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON, but the ENTIRE WORLD of Pro-Wrestling in order to mold it in his vision starting today! With that, Akamatsu spiked the microphone, and began to leave the ring…To make sure no one interfered; Toyota began to recklessly swing his chair around forcing everyone to back away. The united Rouzeki-GUN and Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON forces watched as Akamatsu made his way to the back with his arms folded…as if the entire thing had just been a trivial matter to him.
All in all it was not a great night for N.G.I., in the semi main event of the night; Nobuyori Shimizu made his return to active competition after being out since May to team with Takayuki Ariwa against the “Demon Breed” of Tenshin Komatsu and Makoto Saito from Rouzeki-GUN. Nobuyori Shimizu came out to “Reincarnated Soul”, readopting the old theme along with his old blood red tights to symbolize his “return to form”. Like in the main event, the heat and hatred were on full display as the two teams went at each other with reckless abandonment. Komatsu and Saito targeted Shimizu’s arm for most of the match, but Shimizu refused to give in to the pain, and he fought on with heroic courage. Takayuki Ariwa settled into his role of being N.G.I’s muscle as he saved Shimizu several times, but also was able to hit an INCREDIBLE release German Suplex on Komatsu that turned the Rouzeki-GUN member inside out, followed by a running powerbomb on Saito that was awe inspiring. Shimizu showed off his fire by nearly winning the match with a running elbow shot to Saito’s face, However, Nobuyori Shimizu’s ring rust was evident, and the Demon Breed exploited that fact with double teaming. Komatsu showed off more of his always improving offensive arsenal as he BLASTED Shimizu in the face with a FLYING Komatsu Knee Kick directly to the face for the win! After the match, Komatsu made sure to lean in to the recovering Shimizu and remind him that Shimizu has been completely unable this year to win a single victory over him!
Naoki Daishi and SLAYER met for the first time in singles competition for the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship in a fantastic contrast of styles. SLAYER attempted to bulrush Daishi multiple times, but Daishi used his cleverness and technique to dance out of danger multiple times. However, SLAYER eventually did catch Daishi and brutalized him with hammer blows in the corner, followed by the Megaton Hammer! Daishi was able to kick out, keeping his championship for possibly moments more! SLAYER continued to put the pressure on Daishi, attempting to nail him with the Zanzai Lariat…Only to have Naoki Daishi suddenly get a FLYING JUJIGATAME! Daishi pulled on the arm for everything he had, but the monstrous SLAYER refused to show any pain, before rolling into Daishi and attempted to powerbomb out of the jujigatame! SLAYER lifted Daishi, but in mid-air Daishi shifted his weight and came down DDT’ing SLAYER’s head into the mat! SLAYER rose to his feet immediately and attempted to charge with the Zanzai Lariat, but Daishi avoided it again, this time catching SLAYER as he turned around with a boot to the face that knocked the big junior backwards a little, allowing Daishi to lift him up and SPIKE him with a Northern Lights Bomb! Daishi covered the masked fighter…but SLAYER kicked out and then began to rise to his feet wobbly, showing no pain from the devastating move he had just taken! SLAYER stumbled over to Daishi…who lifted him again and SPIKED him with a second Northern Lights Bomb! This time, the monster couldn’t survive, and Naoki Daishi made a successful V.2 defense of the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship! Daishi collapsed in exhaustion, when Akahito Yamada took the microphone! Yamada praised Daishi for his strength, and called him a friend…but stated that he wanted the next shot at the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship! Naoki Daishi got to his feet, shook hands with Yamada and accepted his challenge for the championship!
Millennium S.K. has finally found a new avenue for success, as he teamed with Ryoma Inoue in the sixth match of the night and defeated the overwhelmingly strong team of Hayato Saigo and Keoni Murata for the PWC Junior-Heavyweight Tag Championships! The two teams fought tooth and nail in what some thought was the best match of the night. No one wanted to give in against their enemies. It would be Millennium S.K. who would celebrate tonight, as he and his new protégé were able to knock Keoni Murata out of the match early with a double team piledriver, leaving it a handicapped match. Hayato Saigo showed why he’s among the strongest juniors in the world, as he fought on incredibly bravely against the combined power of his two opponents…but S.K. was able to SPIKE Saigo with his rarely used Millennium Exodus Driver for the three count, and a return to winning ways against his hated enemies! S.K. took the microphone post-match and proclaimed this victory as the turning point of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON, perhaps even the entire world itself! Due to the sheer magnitude of this win, the economies of countries across the world will soar! He continued to make bombastic claims while Inoue celebrated, until Hayato Saigo and Keoni Murata regrouped and attacked, from which the champions ran away from!
Keiji Hirano got the biggest singles match of his career as he went head to head against Yuki Nomura. Hirano attempted to keep up with Nomura, but the experience factor was just way too different, which allowed Nomura to land the Shukuen for the pinfall victory. Nomura attempted to congratulate Hirano for a good performance, but the hot-head young wrestler slapped Nomura’s hand away and stalked to the back.
Aku Toyota’s night began when he took on Izumo Yoritomo in the fourth match of the night. Neither man showed much in the way of subtlety, and took the fight to each other hard. In the end, Toyota was able to land a barrage of lariats on Yoritomo that wounded, and eventually put away the former sumo fighter for another big win for Toyota!
HEROICS continued to struggle in the fourth match of the night as they took on the combined team of Akahito Yamada, Natsuo Sakoda, Kenjiro Amagawa and Mikio Tsuruya. It was Yamada who scored the victory as he spiked Tomizaki with a Straight Jacket Suplex Hold for the victory. Sojiro Sayuki ran into a brick wall called “Texas Outlaw” Jake Bishop in the second match of the night, as Bishop ran right through Sayuki with the Texan Bomber for the win. In the opening match, the two newest young wrestlers in CRIMSON fought, as Rui Kuriyama was able to defeat Rouzeki-GUN’s Daisuke Yamazaki with a scrap buster.
