Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON ~ 7/1/07 ~ Tokyo CRASH-ON

Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON made it’s way back to the Tokyo Korakuen Hall after almost three months away when Hayato Saigo was crowned the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion. Fittingly, Saigo made his latest defense in the main event against arguably the most lethal junior in all of wrestling, the two time champion Shin Kaiju! The crowd was rolling from the moment the lights dimmed as Shin Kaiju made his way to the ring to massive cheers from the crowd along with chanting of his name. Kaiju paid the crowd no mind as he climbed into the ring. Hayato Saigo came out to his “Vanity Destroyer” theme song to a strong reaction, albeit not as strong as Kaiju’s. Before the bell rang, Kaiju and Saigo shook hands in a sign of respect, an odd move from the mammoth junior Kaiju. It proved to be a red herring as Kaiju refused to let go of Saigo’s hand and then yanked him forward into a MASSIVE short range Kaiju Lariat as the bell rang! Kaiju covered, but Saigo kicked out at one and struggled to his feet! Kaiju continued the attack by stomping away on Saigo, but Saigo refused to give in and fought to his feet, only to have Kaiju drop him to his knees with a massive double axehandle blow to the back. Kaiju dropped several elbows to the back of Saigo’s neck before grabbing him and hoisting him into the air for an apparent powerbomb, but Saigo was able to punch Kaiju and then snap him off with a frankensteiner! Both men immediately got to their feet, but Saigo dropkicked Kaiju and sent him to the floor! Saigo sized up Kaiju before diving at Kaiju with a plancha…only to have Kaiju side step and send Saigo crashing to the floor! Kaiju stomped on Saigo before picking him up and then whipping him into the railing at ringside, following by a bodyslam on the floor! Saigo cried out in pain, but was given no time to be in pain as Kaiju threw him back into the ring and went for the cover, only to have Saigo kick out at two! Kaiju clamped on a neck vise, leaning all his weight onto Saigo as he struggled to not only breathe but to survive the immense pain of Kaiju’s hold! Saigo finally fought to his feet, but when he tried to run into the ropes after elbowing Kaiju off, Kaiju simply grabbed Saigo’s hair and violently yanked him the to mat! Kaiju followed it up with a big knee drop to the face, before covering Saigo for a two count! Kaiju lifted Saigo up, and then VICIOUSLY powerbombed him to the mat then tucked Saigo in for an immediate pinfall! Saigo managed to kick out at 2.7, to keep his title retaining dreams alive! Kaiju waited for Saigo to stand, and then went for a Kaiju Lariat, but Saigo ducked under and nailed Kaiju with an enzuigiri to the back of the head! Kaiju stumbled forward right into the Matsukasa from Saigo! The crowd counted along, but Kaiju managed to kick out at 2.7! Kaiju immediately got up and charged Saigo with another Lariat, but Saigo blocked the arm, hooked Kaiju and hit a neckbreaker! Saigo motioned to the crowd and climbed to the top rope before flying off with a picture perfect missle kick that caught Kaiju directly on the chest and face, dropping the massive power junior! Instead of covering, Saigo immediately headed back up to the top and tried to come off the top with a flying bodypress…only to have Kaiju CATCH HIM, then throw him up in his arms and press slam Saigo TO THE FLOOR! Vanity crushed to the floor in a heap as Kaiju followed him out. Kaiju pulled up the limp Saigo and then POWERBOMBED HIM ON THE FLOOR! Several fans began to cry out for Saigo as his body went completely limp from the impact. Kaiju attempted to pull Saigo up, but he couldn’t move the limp body of Saigo. Finally, Kaiju deadlifted the limp body of Saigo and rolled him into the ring. Kaiju then pulled Saigo to the middle of the ring, and climbed to the top rope…then DIVED off with a Flying Bodypress! The crowd erupted as the count came down…but SOMEHOW Saigo managed to kick out at 2.9 to keep himself in the match! Kaiju, even with his mask on seemed dumbfounded as he backed up against the ropes as Saigo desperately tried to pull himself up to his feet. Once Saigo had reached his feet, Kaiju sprinted across the ring and BLASTED Saigo with the Kaiju Lariat, turning Saigo inside out! Kaiju covered…but Saigo AGAIN kicked out at 2.9! Saigo’s desire not letting him give up! Kaiju pulled Saigo off, then screamed out that it was the finish before going for another Powerbomb…However, Saigo began to punch his way out of Kaiju’s hold before nailing Kaiju with a elbow shot to the face that stunned Kaiju and backed him up. Kaiju attempted to charge Saigo, but Saigo nailed him with a kneel kick at the last possible moment! Thunderous chants of Saigo’s name filled the arena as both men struggled to their feet. Kaiju reached his feet, but Saigo ran at the ropes, leapt up onto the second rope and then springboarded back at Kaiju catching him and SPIKING him with a tornado DDT! Saigo covered…but Kaiju kicked out at 2.9! Saigo paused briefly to catch his breath but then threw a volley of slaps and kicks to Kaiju’s body and face before hooking him and dropping him vertically on his head with a Brainbuster Suplex…Only to have Kaiju immediately get back to his feet! Kaiju ROARED in anger and charged Saigo with a Kaiju Lariat, only to have Saigo grab the arm, float over Kaiju, hook him and SPIKE him again with a Brainbuster Suplex! Saigo then pointed to the sky, climbed the ropes and flew off with a perfect Phoenix Splash onto Kaiju! The crowd counted along as Hayato Saigo scored the pinfall, kept his title and got his first ever victory over Shin Kaiju! After a long period of both men laying on the mat, both men reached their feet and approached each other. The crowd held it’s breath until Kaiju offered his hand! Saigo accepted it, and the two shook hands in the middle of the ring! Kaiju left the ring to let Hayato Saigo soak up the moment in the middle of the ring at the Tokyo Korakuen Hall, still the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion!

The title of the “Strongest” team in CRIMSON was up for grabs in the semi final, as the “Demon Breed” of Rouzeki-GUN, Tenshin Komatsu and Makoto Saito took on the team of Izumo Yoritomo and Keiji Hirano in what has now become a grudge match. Saito and Komatsu attacked their opponents during their ring introductions, beating them both with what appeared to be sticks of wood, making Hirano and Yoritomo bleed before the match even began from their attacks. However, Yoritomo and Hirano began to fight back, eventually disarming Saito and Komatsu of their weapons and turned the tides against them. Eventually the match finally calmed down, but not before Komatsu had also began to bleed, reopening the cut he received from the match against Nomura on the 21st. Yoritomo and Hirano controlled the champions with effective double teaming once everything had order, but during a double team, Yoritomo accidentally collided with Hirano sending Hirano flying out of the ring and to the floor. Saito immediately ran into the ring and blindsided Yoritomo with a flying knee strike, into a Komatsu Knee Kick from Komatsu! Yoritomo attempted to fight both men off, but they used their kicks to keep the big former Sumo at bay and hurt him. Hirano finally recovered and got onto the apron to wait for the tag while they continued their assault. However, their constant double teaming finally awakened the beast inside of Yoritomo, and he exploded in rage! Yoritomo grabbed both by the throats and then VIOLENTLY slammed them both to the mat before finally collapsing and tagging in Hirano to match the “hot tag” again the champions! Hirano was a ball of fire against both Saito and Komatsu, taking both out with his high flying attacks. However, Hirano’s energy began to wane and he went to tag in Yoritomo…when out of nowhere, Goro Iijima appeared and WHACKED Yoritomo in the back with a chair! Yoritomo collapsed to the floor, where Iijima then nailed him with the Kinan High Kick before fleeing the scene of the crime! In the ring, Hirano could do nothing to help Yoritomo and attempted to take on both Saito and Komatsu, but their eventually overwhelmed him leading to Komatsu nailing Hirano with the Sliding Knee Kick after a Saito Highkick, covering for the three count and the title retaining! They began to attack Hirano post match, but suddenly Kenjiro Amagawa and Mikio Tsuruya stormed the ring with weapons and drove Rouzeki-GUN off to end the assault!

In the third match from the top, two major feuds in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON collided once again as Yuki Nomura and Yujiro Higuchi took on the team of Goro Iijima and Aku Toyota. Higuchi and Toyota were once again involved in chaotic brawling from the opening bell with neither man caring about the rules. Nomura and Iijima, while hating each other, kept their emotions in check and were able to use that to their advantage over their respective opponents. However, Rouzeki-GUN suffered a bitter defeat as after a Higuchi Nodowa-otoshi, Nomura was able to pick up Toyota and spike him with the Shukuen for the first indirect victory between himself and Iijima!

Intermission appeared to go as normal, but then suddenly a very familiar theme began to play "Beauty & Stupid" as for the first time in many years KATSUMI GAKUSHA appeared in a Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON event! Gakusha came out wearing the IFS Open Weight Championship, and came to the ring! Many of the fans in the Tokyo Korakuen Hall began to chant his name as Gakusha took the microphone...the first words out of Gakusha's mouth destroyed any well being as he insulted CRIMSON, calling it a worthless promotion! The fans began to boo Gakusha as he launched into a tirade on the wrestlers in CRIMSON, the fans, and it's value in Pro-Wrestling! Gakusha called every title in the promotion worthless, until he was suddenly interrupted by a surprising source as Goro Iijima came to the ring! The two former Spirit International members squared off, before Iijima extended his hand in friendship...instead, Gakusha slapped it away! This act seemed to enrage Iijima and the two began to viciously verbally attack each other. Iijima sarcastically congratulated Gakusha on his "low level" title...which Gakusha countered with atleast he HAD a title which is more then Iijima could ever claim! The argument suddenly turned into a shouting match with both men defending their home promotions until Iijima SLAPPED Gakusha in the face! Gakusha responded with a right hand and the two began to viciously brawl all around the ring! Shino Hiriyama from Gakusha's Army suddenly hit the ring and attacked Iijima, which brought out Aku Toyota with a chair who began to hit anything that moved! People rushed out of the back to break up the two former friends and their allies, separating them before any more damage could take place. Gakusha took the microphone and said that he was leaving, but promised that the next time CRIMSON saw him, he would "destroy" everything in the promotion!

Keoni Murata and SLAYER’s issue has been building for some time, and they finally squared off in the fifth match of the night. SLAYER used his power to his advantage early on, hurling Murata around the ring with ease. However, Murata was able to expose SLAYER’s weaknesses as he finally was able to avoid SLAYER’s attacks in route to surprising SLAYER with an inside cradle for the flash victory! However, the victory was short lived as SLAYER immediately blindsided Murata with the Zanzai Lariat, apparently not taking his loss well!

Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON has a new unit! Naoki Daishi, Akahito Yamada and Sojiro Sayuki clashed against MUSASHI Tomizaki, HANZO, and Royama the Brave for the rights to become a “full fledged” unit in CRIMSON. Instead of it being Tomizaki or Royama’s chance to break through, it was HANZO who showed a revival of form in route to debuting yet ANOTHER finisher, the “Metsubushi” or “Eye Closer” a spinning enzuigiri directly to the face of Sayuki, covering for the three count! The three then announced that their new unit would be called “HEROICS”, and that HANZO was announcing his permanent departure from MILLENNIUM STARS to lead this new unit! Then they, of course, struck victoriously heroic poses for the crowd.

Natsuo Sakoda received the biggest opportunity since his return to Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON, as he took on Millennium S.K. in a singles match. The two former unit members had a competitive match, with Sakoda nearly getting the win with a Tiger Suplex. However, S.K. was able to pull through before hitting Sakoda with the Millennium Driver for the victory! In the second match of the night, The Backdrop Brothers took on the team of N.G.I., it was a strong contest with both teams going back and forth for the majority of the contest. However, the unity of the “Backdrop Brothers” proved to be the deciding factor as they spiked Ariwa on the back of his head with a Union Backdrop Suplex for the win! In the opening match, Eiichi Aihara once again took Kazuki Takagi to school and taught him the “meaning of pro-wrestling”. It’s almost become humorous how Takagi struggled with the techniques of Aihara, and once again he was caught and this time submitted by one of Aihara’s submission holds.
