{FREE} 06/05/10 ~ The Press Conference of Millennium S.K.

One day after Yahoo Sports! Japan reported the resignation of Millennium S.K. a press conference was called at the lobby of the Hyatt Residential Suite in Sawara Fukuoka, the home of Millennium S.K. Millennium S.K. appeared at the press conference wearing a leather jacket over a dapper brown business suit, and black sunglasses. S.K. wasn't alone, as he was flanked by electronic media giant Senichi Takanochi, head of the large media and electronic corporation E-COS. In addition, a young black haired man stood next to S.K. keeping silent...

Millennium S.K. spoke first, solemnly taking off his sunglasses, to address the question on everyone's mind: Why has Millennium S.K. resigned from Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON. S.K. joked that what he would reveal tonight would make him a "global enemy" to the established Pro-Wrestling industry, but that everything he was about to reveal was 100% true.

S.K. cited the following in a long rant against his former employers.

- S.K. began by explaining his serious neck injury in May 2009. S.K. revealed that he had actually injured his neck the month prior, and had requested time off from Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON to heal. CRIMSON President and "Shadow Man" Kazushi Mimura rejected his appeal and forced him to compete in the POWER SOURCE tournament the next month. S.K. was seriously injured as a result early in the tournament.

- When the injury occurred, Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON did not; despite claims and reports, pay for Millennium S.K.'s surgery. S.K. was forced to tap into his meager finances to cover the payments needed for his surgery. When a reporter mentioned that Yuki Nomura himself had claimed CRIMSON helped pay for S.K.'s surgery, S.K. became enraged calling Nomura a "liar".

- Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's "CELEBRATE THE STAR" "charity" event in Fukuoka was a complete disaster. CRIMSON drew less then a half full house due to poor promotion, and CRIMSON refused to allow outsider participation on the event. As such, many of S.K.'s friends and rivals were unable to attend. CRIMSON "compensated" by allowing the wrestlers to send videos for the event...

- CRIMSON kept all proceeds from the event. S.K. never saw any amount of money from the gate. The only financial support S.K. received was due to raffles using S.K.'s own merchandise and the generous donations from the citizens of Fukuoka and the wrestlers themselves.

- At CRIMSON's request, S.K. returned to action far sooner then planned or informed to by doctors. In return, S.K. requested an advance payment for all future bookings to help pay his enormous medical bills. CRIMSON President Yuki Nomura responded by not booking S.K. for over two months.

- While S.K. was injured, CRIMSON released S.K.'s friend SLAYER without any warning or reason. When S.K. in queried, S.K. was informed it was a "budgetary cutback", but S.K. openly wondered how CRIMSON could fire a loyal employee like SLAYER while still bringing in new talent to "round out" the roster?

- Prior to his injury, S.K. was pushed aside for new "non-true born" talent constantly being brought into CRIMSON. S.K. claimed that he had sacrificed to stay loyal to CRIMSON through all the down and harsh time, only to have CRIMSON bring in the likes of Akahito Yamada, Hiroyuki Takano, and others who continually pushed S.K. back down the ladder.

- The travel from the southwest of Japan in Fukuoka to the north east in Tohoku had become a liability and too costly for him to maintain the schedule.

S.K. summed up by saying that he had sacrificed his future to help CRIMSON in the "now", but that CRIMSON had responded by not appreciating everything he had sacrificed. An opportunity came for S.K. in April, and after suffering at the hands of Nomura and Mimura, S.K. accepted the offer...S.K. claimed no ill-will to Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's audience or it's wrestlers, but that his "breaking point" had long been exceeded.

At this point, Senichi Takanochi approached the podium to clarify what this "better offer" was. Takanochi spoke fondly of Fukuoka and the Kyushu region in general having grown up in the nearby Oita prefecture. Takanochi also claimed to be a life-long pro-wrestling fan, and stated that it was time for a "dedicated promotion to return to Kyushu". Not since Oita Pro has a promotion focused exclusively on the region. To which Takanochi claimed to be fixing starting with Millennium S.K. Takanochi also claimed there was a "gaping hole" in the current pro-wrestling scene by not focusing on the smaller more athletic wrestlers in the industry. Takanochi refused to state how he knew of S.K.'s unhappiness, but claimed to have had an "inside knowledge" of CRIMSON's issues...

With Millennium S.K. hailing from just a short distance from the Hyatt Residental where the press conference was being held, it made "complete sense" to use Millennium S.K. to build a new start for Kyushu in the national Pro-Wrestling scene. The yet unnamed promotion will be funded and operated by Takanochi's "E-COS" company, with Millennium S.K. acting as local promoter and adviser. Takanochi stated that the promotion would operate from now on under the code name "MILLENNIUM PRODUCTIONS" until a formal promotional name could be decided upon.

In addition, Takanochi announced the second member of the burgeoning promotion's roster. Takanochi gestured to the young man who came out with them, allowing the young man to step up to the podium.

The young man, obviously intimidated introduced himself as Masaaki Yasui and revealed that he was a Ryo Suzuki graduate! Yasui's reveal registered as a shock wave through the wrestling press, who began to shout questions regarding what this revelation meant. However, S.K. stepped in and stated that they would not be answering questions at this time...After Yasui recovered his wits, he revealed details about himself. He stands 173 centimeters, weighs 83 kilograms, was born on June 25th 1990 and is the first "graduate" to join the roster.

Suddenly, S.K. stole the podium from the young man Yasui. S.K. issued an "open letter" to any junior-heavyweight in Japan that is unsatisfied, unhappy, or unemployed to formally join his own brand of "revolution" starting from today on. S.K. claimed that the "established old men" running the business wouldn't like his claims or actions, but that through their actions they would "establish a new order" in the industry starring wrestlers like himself, who had been unable to get anywhere in today's current situation!

S.K.'s outburst appeared to be unplanned, as Senichi Takanochi hurriedly called an end to the press conference, but not before S.K. mugged for every camera he could find on his way out.
