A mountain of information has emerged from Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON in the last few days, including not only event information but also the preliminary schedule for the remainder of 2010!
In March, Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON will resume limited action with four events. The focus of the series will be on Kenjiro Amagawa's upcoming challenge for the C-1 Heavyweight Championship against Nobuyori Shimizu. In addition, Masakazu Fujimoto embarks on his "REVIVE THE MONSTER FUJI!" series with matches against Shuji Kawashima, Mikio Tsuruya, Akuma Toyota & Tenshin Komatsu.
In April, Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON continues it's April tradition with GOLDEN CHANCE~2DAY, a fourteen man two night tournament at Korakuen Hall. Pro-Wrestling FURY will send three men to take the tournament crown; Etsuya Kawachi, Kotaro Ota and Seiji Sasaki! PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Champions of PHOENIX and Keoni Murata have been awarded night one byes to the second round on day two. On night one, the assassins from America, Team Danger get their chance to claim the C-1 Tag Team Championships against reigning champions TakaGawa!
The second night of GOLDEN CHANCE~2DAY will see Kenjiro Amagawa make his first ever challenge of the C-1 Heavyweight Championship one day after attempting to defend his tag crown. The AVENIR leader will face off against the "Soul" of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON, Nobuyori Shimizu! The GOLDEN CHANCE~2DAY champion will get a guaranteed C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship match.
From then on, Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON heads with all sights set for the POWER SOURCE tournament with "Prelude to the Source" in later April.
As if that wasn't enough information, the FULL schedule for the Power Source tournament with eight scheduled dates have been revealed. The tournament returns to a more "traditional" format with two blocks of eight wrestlers each. In addition, all sixteen men in the Power Source have been revealed. Tetsuhisa NAKAI from Pro-Wrestling FURY will return after winning the tournament last year with eyes set on the goal he could not accomplish the first time around: The C-1 Heavyweight Championship. And for the first time ever, the C-1 Heavyweight Champion, either Shimizu or Amagawa will participate in the tournament. As always, the POWER SOURCE winner will go on to challenge for the C-1 Heavyweight Championship and will be awarded a prize of 1,000,000 yen.
Staple Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON events will return. BATTLE ZONE remains on 7/27. The POWER SOURCE winner will face off against the C-1 Heavyweight Champion in the main event, provided the champion does not win the tournament. The FUSION J-LEAGUE will return and run from 9/15 to 9/27. CRIMSON celebrates it's eighth year anniversary on 10/13, and DUE TIME, the seventh incarnation will finish the year off as it always does.
2010 will once again see Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON host it's special free admission New Year's event, taking place at exactly 12:01 am of the new year, “RING IN CRIMSON 2011!”.
