[CRIMSON] 11/30/09 @ Hanamaki Citizen Gymnasium

After over a month of inactivity, Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON returned to active duty at the Hanamaki Citizen Gymnasium in Iwate. The "Final Confrontation" between the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY and Yankizoku took center stage. Before the series could take place, the event kicked off with six man action as Tenshin Komatsu teamed with the mysterious PHOENIX and BIG BOY Tomizaki to take on and defeat the team of Makoto Saito, PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Champion Hiroshi Kuroki and Keiji Hirano. PHOENIX broke out of the pack that he had fallen into recently, displaying his aerial abilities leading to PHOENIX spiking Hiroshi Kuroki with his Dark Tides, springboard DDT for the three count. After the bout, Tenshin Komatsu called for the "Conclusion" of his feud with Makoto Saito, and named this year's DUE TIME event as the final place of their battle, to which Makoto Saito agreed!

A second match was made for DUE TIME, as OVERTHROW and C-2 Openweight Champion Masakazu Fujimoto teamed up to defeat the AVENIR team of C-1 Tag Team Champions Kenjiro Amagawa & Shinsuke Takahashi along with PWC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Champion Kaisen Tiger. Masakazu Fujimoto proved to be a wall that Kenjiro Amagawa has yet to break through, as Fujimoto spiked Amagawa on his head with the Mt. Fujimoto Bomb for the three count. After the match, Fujimoto once again taunted Amagawa, claiming that Amagawa and Takahashi hadn't "earned" their tag championships, and had simply been given them by President Yuki Nomura as a favor! Amagawa's temper broke, as he challenged Fujimoto and a partner to face them for the tag titles, to which Fujimoto agreed. To the dismay of Amagawa & Takahashi, Fujimoto announced that his partner would be the returning AKUMA TOYOTA as HEAVY WAR would aim to take the C-1 Tag Team Championships at DUE TIME!

The five match series between the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY and Yankizoku kicked off with former two time C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Keoni Murata taking on the youngest man in CRIMSON, Shuji Kawashima. Murata seemed to take Kawashima lightly early on, something that Murata paid for as the match wore on. Kawashima surprised the fans and Murata by giving a "leveled up" performance against Murata, even almost scoring the victory with a German Suplex. However, Murata displayed the poise of a former champion, and after whacking Kawashima with his surfboard, Murata went for the Great Wave Bodypress only to have Kawashima move! With Murata stunned, Kawashima hooked Murata with an inside cradle getting the flash three count victory! Kawashima celebrated the biggest win of his career while Murata looked absolutely stunned.

The second match of the series pitted the "Ace" of the Junior-Heavyweights, Hayato Saigo against the career revived Mikio Tsuruya from Yankizoku. The match followed a simple format, as Saigo used his incredible speed and agility to avoid Tsuruya's big power moves. Never the less, Tsuruya continued to throw large blows and moves only to have them countered. Saigo looked to have the match won as he tried to lift the much larger Tsuruya for a brainbuster, which proved to be a mistake as Tsuruya fired off his own brainbuster for a near fall. The Akuji Backdrop Driver followed, but Saigo again emerged from the move with a close call. However, Tsuruya's destructive new move, the Murder Carnival proved to be all she wrote, tying up the series at 1-1.

Yankizoku's form continued to roll along unabated as one half of the AT CLUB of Hiroyuki Takano faced off and defeated Toshiro Noguchi in a match of former Neo Generation Idealists partners. Takano and Noguchi were evenly matched up early on in the bout with Noguchi attempting to keep the much quicker Takano grounded by working over his legs, but Takano's aggressive side came to play, as Takano eye raked Noguchi to set up a Takano Flash for a near fall. From there, the two traded "death" blows, as Takano survived the Thunder Hammer and evaded the Tokkan, while Noguchi survived several Takano Flashes, and even kicked out of the Takano Driver. However, several Takano Flashes and a backbreaker set up Takano's picture perfect Moonsault Press, securing the victory for Yankizoku to put the faction up 2-1!

Yankizoku "betrayer" and C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Ikuji Royama dealt Yankizoku a crippling blow in the fourth match of the series, as he bested a very game Ryoma Inoue. Inoue used every dirty tactic he could think of, and even with rampant interference by BIG BOY Tomizaki helping him as every step, found that Ikuji Royama was simply at a different level then he was at this juncture. Royama survived Inoue's most powerful moves, before launching off with a volley of all of his own moves, ending with a cracking high kick directly to the side of Inoue's head, crumbling the challenger for the fall. The win improved the series to 2-2, and gave Ikuji Royama his third defense of the championship. Ikuji Royama issued an open challenge post-match to anyone to face him at DUE TIME.

With both sides of the series tied up at 2-2, it all came down to one match to decide both the fate of the C-1 Heavyweight Championship. Former sempai and kouhai battled it out, as C-1 Heavyweight Champion Nobuyori Shimizu faced off against challenger Takayuki Ariwa. As he always does, Ariwa came out strong, using his pure power to muscle Shimizu around the ring with a variety of simple hard hitting moves, and spectacular throws. Shimizu was heavily battered, including being belly to belly suplexed over the top rope, and throw from the apron into the guard railing neck first. And yet, the man known as the "Heart" of Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON persisted with the same undying attitude that allowed him to win the C-1 Heavyweight Championship. Ariwa became increasingly frustrated with his inability to put Shimizu away, as no matter what Ariwa hit Shimizu with, the champion would almost immediately begin to stand back up in sheer defiance. Ariwa blasted Shimizu with three Angelos's in a row, but Shimizu had enough left to kick out at 2.7. Ariwa's movements became increasingly sluggish; as the sheer intensity of his work wore his down quicker then any offense Shimizu threw at him. Ariwa's exhaustion gave Shimizu the opening he had been waiting for, as Shimizu sprung into action after virtually turtling up the entire match. With passion and intensity that brought the crowd to their feet, Shimizu launched into Ariwa with vicious elbows intended to knock Ariwa out cold. Despite the thuds of Shimizu's elbows cracking Ariwa in the face, Ariwa refused to fall and answered with his own clubbing blows and chops. Shimizu changed levels, dropping Ariwa with a dropkick to the knee before giving Ariwa basically a sliding elbow shot to Ariwa's face! Ariwa collapsed backwards, but had enough left to kick out at 2.9! Shimizu looked to hook Ariwa for the Thunder-Fire Powerbomb, but Ariwa fought out of the hold, and countered with his own Splash Mountain! However, Shimizu squirmed and fell behind Ariwa, hooking him for the Tsuyosa German Suplex! Instead of bridging, Shimizu rolled through the suplex into a SECOND Tsuyosa German Suplex! However, that wasn't enough as Shimizu rolled through into a THIRD Tsuyosa German Suplex, this time bridging for the uncontested three count to retain the title and win the series!

The audience at the Hanamaki Citizen Gymnasium came alive for Shimizu's win and the destruction of Yankizoku, with calls of the champion's name. After the title presentation, Shimizu left the ring leaving a distraught Takayuki Ariwa, as Yankizoku filtered into the ring. BIG BOY Tomizaki appeared to be crying at the destruction of his "family", but the scene was far from peaceful. Mikio Tsuruya, enraged stole a microphone from ringside, and began to berate Takayuki Ariwa, sarcastically calling him leader and asking what had happened. Tsuruya screamed at Ariwa that it had been Ariwa himself that had put their team's life at stake. Tsuruya began KICKING the downed Ariwa, while screaming that it was "all his fault" that Yankizoku was now dead! Even wounded, Ariwa stood up and threw Tsuruya away from him while picking up the discarded microphone. Ariwa admitted that Yankizoku was now dead, but Ariwa claimed that they could just rename themselves and continue on as a group. Tsuruya angrily rejected this idea, announcing to the other Yankizoku members that he "would not team with a failure" like Ariwa! Ariwa asked Hiroyuki Takano, his best friend and tag team partner for support but to the shock of the Hanamaki crowd Takano visibly TURNED HIS BACK on Ariwa, which acted as a signal! The other members of Yankizoku suddenly swarmed Ariwa in attack! Takano backed into a corner, watching impassively as the other four members assaulted their former leader! Suddenly, C-1 Heavyweight Champion Nobuyori Shimizu hit the ring to save his former kouhai, attacking all four men at once! Yet there was another disturbance, as Shimizu was followed to the ring by a large man wearing a black hoodie, who climbed into the ring and blindsided Shimizu from behind, grabbed Shimizu by the throat with both hands and gave him a double handed choke slam! The hooded man pulled his head free of the garment revealing freelancer and PWC Tag Team Champion YUJIRO HIGUCHI! That massive "Nagoya Tower" accepted the microphone from Tsuruya and announced that he was "invading" Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON from this day forward! Higuchi placed his gigantic boot on the chest of the C-1 Heavyweight Champion and challenged his generational rival to a C-1 Heavyweight Championship, adding that he was no longer the man who had been "chased out" in the past! With nothing left to say or prove, the six men all left the ring together as a unit...
