[CRIMSON] 7/11/09 @ Aomori Movement Park Gymnasium #2

PHOENIX and "Texas Outlaw" Jake Bishop made their debuts as LOVE members in the opening match at Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON's Aomori event, as they teamed with Kazuhiro Okamura to defeat C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Keoni Murata, Ryoma Inoue, and Ichiyo Tatsuko. The impressive masked PHOENIX scored the win, hitting Ichiyo Tatsuko with his swandive DDT, the Dark Tide for the three count. After beating Tatsuko, PHOENIX patting Tatsuko softly on his face in an odd gesture…

BIG BOY Tomizaki got his rematch with Ikuji Royama, and fared somewhat better then in his initial battle with the strong junior. However, Ikuji Royama still sealed the match once again with a vicious high kick. Royama made his intentions clear post-match, as he swore that in his second attempt against Keoni Murata that on 7/27 he would claim the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship...

Kenjiro Amagawa and the team of PREDATORS were victorious heading towards their big matches later this month over the STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY team of Masakazu Fujimoto, Toshiro Noguchi, and Shuji Kawashima. Amagawa would score the win, dropping Kawashima with a Leg-trap Backdrop Hold. Fujimoto once again discredited Amagawa as a challenger for his C-2 Openweight Championship, even going as far as to claim that Amagawa had "ran to daddy" to get his way which only served to enrage Amagawa leading to a pull apart...

Internationally known British stars Johnny Smash and Edward Kingston invaded Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON, taking on the AVENIR team of Shinsuke Takahashi and Kazuki Takagi in tag action. The two Brits displayed a cunning mix of brawling with sophisticated grappling ability to keep the AVENIR team at bay. In the end, it would be Johnny Smash, who is being portrayed as the biggest gaijin star to enter the Japanese market place in years that scored the victory, dropping highly ranked contender Shinsuke Takahashi with his signature Sex Pistol finishing move for the three count. Smash cut a belligerent post-match promo, apparently already had one too much in quick fashion after the match, while Shinsuke Takahashi admitted that he had overlooked the Brits and took full blame for the loss.

Makoto Saito and SLAYER continued their mutual goal of destroying LOVE in the semi-final, as the two unlikely partners teamed up to take on the team of Tenshin Komatsu and Shino Hiriyama. SLAYER fought like a man-beast posessed, while Saito used his sharp attacks to take and hold the advantage. Saito continued his impressive streak since returning, blasting Hiriyama with the Shiraku Blade for the three count.

Some of the biggest stars in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON collided during the main event, as C-1 Heavyweight Champion Akuma Toyota led his fellow STRONGEST CRIMSON ARMY members Nobuyori Shimizu, Naoki Daishi and Akahito Yamada into battle against the Yankizoku team of C-1 Tag TEam Champions Takayuki Ariwa and Hiroyuki Takano, along with Mikio Tsuruya and Keiji Hirano. The match was largely controlled by Yankizoku, as they singled out Yamada early on, attacking his legs, but the Yankizoku team more then held their own when the match broke down into a melee. However, Keiji Hirano would once again be involved in controversy, as he stopped Mikio Tsuruya from using a ringside chair much to the intense displeasure of Mikio Tsuruya. Tsuruya's patience with Hirano snapped, leading to him FLOORING Hirano with a lariat, as if to put Hirano back into his place. However, this opened up Tsuruya to a running elbow from Shimizu, knocking Tsuruya out cold and giving the victory to the SCA team! The ultimatium was finally leveled on Hirano, as Takayuki Ariwa instructed him to "get on board" with the team in the near future or face the consequences, to which Hirano could only meekly nod in the three on one situation...
