Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON made their way to Tokyo at the hallowed walls of Korakuen Hall for the second to last Power Source group stage event. In the opening match, Akahito Yamada led AVENIR members Hiroshi Kuroki and Sojiro Sayuki to victory over the Yankizoku team of Ryoma Inoue, BIG BOY Tomizaki, and Ichiyo Tatsuko. Kuroki picked up the victory with the PRISM on Tatsuko.
The second match of the night saw C-2 Heavyweight Champion Akuma Toyota and Ikuji Royama team up to to take on the LOVE + Yankizoku team of Tenshin Komatsu and C-2 Junior-Heavyweight Champion Keoni Murata. Royama proved to be an equal match for Komatsu, while Murata shrieked in fear every time Toyota got near him...Akuma Toyota would win the day, as he collided into Murata with a Lariat for the three count. A huge microphone battle took place between Toyota and Komatsu...Toyota demanded to know if Komatsu had made peace with god, since he was going to beat him to death at the Kyocera Dome. Komatsu ignored Toyota's threat, and instead reminded Toyota to keep the championship clean for when he took it. Eventually Toyota had to be held back as his patience finally snapped, but Komatsu fled the ring...
Before the 2009 Power Source matches could begin, President Yuki Nomura climbed into the ring. Nomura went over the current point situation for the tournament, including the huge quagmire in Block B with three men with the same point value with no matches left...With no possible way to announce a winner or runner up as it is, Nomura announced that at 5/20 before the tournament matches there would be a triangle match with Mikio Tsuruya, Hayato Saigo, and Kenjiro Amagawa! Nomura briefly went over the rules, saying that the match would be one fall. The person who scores the victory in the match will win Block B. The man who gets pinned will be eliminated while the man uninvolved in the finish will gain Runner Up status. Nomura pointed out the obvious, saying that there was two CRIMSON affiliated wrestlers in Amagawa and Saigo, with only Tsuruya for Yankizoku...Nomura's comment resulted in Mikio Tsuruya angrily walking to the ring, before launching a tirade on Nomura. Tsuruya accused Nomura of "playing favorites" and trying to rig the match so his pet project Amagawa could advance! Nomura cooly informed Tsuruya that he would take his comment under advisement, but noted that every wrestler in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON was his "pet project" including Tsuruya himself! Tsuruya appeared to be angry enough to strike Nomura, but Nomura, all business as usual, left the ring without incident leaving an incensed Tsuruya in the ring alone...
Yankizoku's number two, Hiroyuki Takano took on AVENIR's number five Kazuki Takagi in the first tournament match of the night. Takano lorded over Takagi with a significant agility and speed advantage causing the much larger Takagi to chase Takano around the ring feebly. As the match wore on, it appeared Takagi was beginning to get tired, allowing Takano to sweep in and deliver punishment. After a Takano Flash, Takano seemed to have Takagi out of the match. However, Takano made the surprising decision to suddenly mock the AVENIR members at ringside, inciting them! Takano launched insults, and generally appeared to be completely at ease with the match. Unbeknownst to Takano, Kazuki Takagi had slowly pulled himself up to his feet. Takano finally turned around to what he assumed was a fallen opponent, only to have Takagi let off a guttural roar before DECAPITATING Takano with a Lariat, while at the same time hooking both Takano's legs for a cradle! Takano was stunned, and by the time he tried to kick out of the hold, the three count had been registered! Takagi stared at his own arm in wonder after the match, seemingly unbelieving the power he had generated...Takagi then pumped his arm in the air before bellowing "Saikyo!" to a round of laughter from the Tokyo fans...
Bragging rights was the only thing on the line in the semi final, as C-2 Openweight Champion Masakazu Fujimoto took on the TEXAS ROUGHRIDER member Rui Kuriyama in Block C. Fujimoto's one point was against Kuriyama's zero. Both men charged into each other using a power attack, however, as would be expected, Fujimoto easily gained the upper hand over Kuriyama due to the sheer size disadvantage for Kuriyama. However, Kuriyama displayed his own guts by kicking out of one Fujimoto Mt. Fujimoto Bomb to a round of applause from the Tokyo Fans, however, a second turned the lights off for Kuriyama, giving the two points to Fujimoto!
The Tokyo fans in attendance were rewarded with an incredibly hard hitting main event, as former Pro-Wrestling DYNAMITE ace Yoshiaki Matsuda took on the former two time C-1 Tag Team Champion Toshiro Noguchi in the D Block. Both men pulled no punches whatsoever, and went right for each other. At times, the match almost seemed eerily realistic as Matsuda at one point slammed Noguchi down with a throw, before getting the mount. From the mount, Matsuda threw several hard shots, apparently closed fist punches, causing the referee to leap in and pull him off...This only served to not only cut Noguchi, but anger him, causing the two men to have a brutal fight in the ring, and around ringside. However, despite his heart, there was a significant advantage for Matsuda as a natural singles wrestler, leading to Matsuda dropping Noguchi on his head with a Uranage, before blasting him right in the face with a Penalty Kick for the three count fall, and the two points!

One night left, and Block A remains the most unpredictable of the blocks. Tetsuhisa NAKAI of Pro-Wrestling FURY has one match left, against the man who is trailing him, Hiroyuki Takano. Both men will advance if the tallies are left as they are. Nobuyori Shimizu has three points, with one match left. And the darkhorse, coming off his improbable win, Kazuki Takagi remains in the hunt after his stunning upset over Hiroyuki Takano. Takagi has Nobuyori Shimizu on the final night, and if he wins, and NAKAI wins, Kazuki Takagi will make the final eight.
Block B remains the same, but with the announcement of the playoff, we will find out who won the block or not. Kenjiro Amagawa, Mikio Tsuruya, and Hayato Saigo remain in competition.
Block C, much like Block B is the same, as Takayuki Ariwa has won the block heading into the final day. Only one match is left in Block C, as Takayuki Ariwa aims to make it a clean sweep of Block C against Rui Kuriyama.
In Block D, Yoshiaki Matsuda has pulled away from the pack after defeating Toshiro Noguchi; however both Toshiro Noguchi and "Texas Outlaw" Jake Bishop remain in the hunt. Noguchi takes on Keiji Hirano, while "Texas Outlaw" Jake Bishop and Yoshiaki Matsuda will clash. If Noguchi wins, the best Bishop can do is create a playoff scenario at six points by defeating Matsuda. However, if Noguchi loses, and Bishop wins, then he will have won Block D and advance with Matsuda. If Matsuda wins, then by process of default, Toshiro Noguchi will advance due to having defeated "Texas Outlaw" Jake Bishop by cradle.
