The strongest of Juniors in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON was decided tonight at the world famous Tokyo Korakuen Hall, as OVERTHROW members clashed for the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship. Champion Naoki Daishi took on his partner, the Challenger Akahito Yamada for the title. Before the main event took place, a short video aired from Sojiro Sayuki in Mexico, wishing both his friends luck before saying that when he came back later this year, OVERTHROW would be the strongest! This message from Sayuki seemed to ease the tension between his two older friends, which resulted in an slow paced beginning, as the two traded holds and counter holds to test each other. Yamada scored the first psychological blow as he turned a Daishi armbreaker into the Crossface of Yamada, which Daishi deftly avoided. From there, the pace picked up considerable as Daishi used questionable tactics to target Yamada’s once injured arm, such as wrapping it around the ring post before kicking it several times. These actions earned Daishi jeers from the impartial Tokyo fans, but the Champion refused to acknowledge them. Daishi tore into Yamada’s left arm, trying to weaken him for a later application of his Jujigatame, but also to take away Yamada’s Crossface and Straight Jacket Suplex Hold moves…Yamada eventually made a comeback, and fired away at his elder, but when he attempted the Crossface, his arm and shoulder were too badly damaged and Yamada was forced to release the hold. Yamada began to fight with his one working arm, but Daishi cruelly targeted the arm again and hit an enzuigiri directly to it, which dropped Yamada to his knees in pain. Daishi looked to finish off Yamada’s arm with an over-the shoulder armbreaker, but Yamada suddenly broke his arm free and dumped Daishi on the back of his head with almost a one-arm German Suplex! Daishi staggered to his feet right into Yamada’s Musubime pinning hold! Daishi struggled to escape, and RIGHT at 2.9, he kicked free! Both men got to their feet quickly, and exchanged elbows before Daishi suddenly grabbed Yamada’s arm and leapt into the arm for a flying Jujigatame! However, Yamada rolled through the submission move somehow and escaped! Daishi sat up, confused, and Yamada blasted him in the face with a dropkick! Yamada then climbed to the top rope, and BLASTED Daishi as he stood up with a missle kick! Daishi flew backwards violently, landing on his upper shoulders and neck! Yamada lifted Daishi up and then spiked him on the back of his head with the Straight Jacket Suplex Hold, holding on for all his worth as the three count was registered making the former Kazuma Fujita trainee the newest C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Champion!
Trainers rushed into the ring to check both men’s conditions…A bandage was quickly wrapped around Yamada’s neck and arm to keep his shoulder from moving. Daishi rose slowly, but then asked for a microphone…Daishi told Yamada in breathless bursts that wrestling is war…and in war you have to exploit the weaknesses of the enemy. He told Yamada that he didn’t target his shoulder out of malice…and then bowed deeply to Yamada and congratulated him before leaving the ring! Akahito Yamada was awarded the championship and gave a short interview on his condition…Yamada stated that after winning the C-1 Junior League earlier this year, he didn’t think it could get any better, but now he was champion! The interviewer asked what was next, and Yamada answered with one name: HAYATO SAIGO!
The crowd began to buzz as Hayato Saigo stood up from his seat at ringside where he had been watching the match, and calmly walked into the ring. The two had a brief staredown, before Hayato Saigo took the microphone. Saigo said in no-uncertain terms that he hadn’t forgotten that Yamada has several direct victories over him, and congratulated him for his victory tonight…but a cool determination set into Saigo’s voice, before he declared that he would ABSOLUTELY defeat Akahito Yamada and reclaim the C-1 Junior-Heavyweight Championship! The two shook hands before Saigo left the ring, leaving Yamada to bask in his moment.
The BLACKHEARTS versus CRIMSON series began with “Texas Outlaw” Jake Bishop taking on NGI’s Takayuki Ariwa. Bishop had promised to defeat Ariwa in less then ten minutes, but Ariwa fought hard to keep the BLACKHEART’s gaijin from doing just that. However, even though he didn’t win in ten minutes, Bishop beat Ariwa soundly just shortly after ten minutes with the Texan Bomber for the three count to put the BLACKHEARTS up by one!
The BLACKHEART’s young and cocky Keiji Hirano was next up, as he faced one of CRIMSON’s strongest in N.G.I. leader Nobuyori Shimizu in singles competition. Despite Hirano’s massive growth since joining the BLACKHEARTS, he found himself up against an incredibly determined Shimizu who poured the attack on before BLASTING Hirano in the face with an running elbow for the pinfall victory to tie the series up.
The third match of the series saw the second in command of the BLACKHEARTS, Akuma Toyota take on one of the weakest on the CRIMSON team, Kenjiro Amagawa. However, despite the obvious difference in their “power levels”, Amagawa refused to go down quietly. Toyota used all of his strongest attacks, but Amagawa would stay down to none of them, including surviving two Lariats and a chair attack. However, Toyota used his “desperation” move, the Akuma Ichimonji, and not even Amagawa’s brave fight could answer the count after it.
The fourth match of the series saw the CRIMSON side in a must win situation. To their advantage, they had the most obvious mismatch thus far, as Three time C-1 Heavyweight Champion Yuki Nomura made his first appearance in CRIMSON since the 4th against the betrayer, Rui Kuriyama. Kuriyama refused to be intimidated by his impressive opponent and fought bravely including nearly flooring Nomura with the “Kuri” Lariat, however, Nomura refused to fall from Kuriyama’s attacks. Nomura looked to have the match sealed up with the Shukuen, when suddenly all hell broke loose. The BLACKHEARTS rushed the ring and distracted the referee. Nomura was caught up in the commotion and turned his back on Kuriyama…Hirano ran around the ring using his speed and threw a chair into the ring! Nomura turned around, and was WAFFLED by Kuriyama’s chair shot to the head! Nomura got his hands up at the last second to break the impact, but still went down in a heap clutching his head and neck area. Kuriayama covered…and got the biggest upset victory in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON history over Yuki Nomura! N.G.I rushed the ring and attended to Nomura, who wasn’t doing anything but clutching his head and neck. Trainers and medical personell hit the ring to help Nomura…as suddenly “Engines of AKI” began to play and “Supreme Commander” Tatsumichi Akamatsu walked out! Akamatsu walked to the ring wearing the C-1 Heavyweight Championship, and suddenly attacked the N.G.I. members and kicked them away from Nomura…Akamatsu then put his foot directly on Nomura’s neck, and began to put all his weight on it! Nomura began to thrash around in pain as the BLACKHEARTS held back everyone who tried to help Nomura…UNTIL ROUZEKI-GUN RAN DOWN! The entire team stormed the ring, and Iijima viciously began to attack Akamatsu, and on that note the match began!
With CRIMSON having lost the series now 3-1, there was nothing left to fight for except for two things: Pride and Vengeance. Iijima ripped into Akamatsu with brutal kicks, raking his eyes, doing anything he could to keep Akamatsu reeling. Akamatsu fought back savagely, not backing down from Iijima’s berserk attacks against him. The two began to trade bare knuckle punches directly to the face, and Iijima began to pour blood from his face, while a welt began to form on Akamatsu’s eyebrow. Finally, Akamatsu created separation with a brutal knee to the midsection, and then sent Iijima flying out of the ring with a kick to the head. The fight continued on the floor. Iijima immediately armed himself with a table he found at ringside, and HURLED it into Akamatsu face, before charging him and leveling him with a kneel kick! The referee couldn’t focus on Akamatsu and Iijima’s fight as the BLACKHEARTS continued to war with Rouzeki-GUN all over the ring side area. Iijima attempted a chair shot, but Akamatsu stopped that with a HELLACIOUS chop to the chest, and then booted the chair directly into Iijima’s face! Akamatsu threw Iijima back into the ring and covered, actually showing some intent to win the match, but Iijima kicked out! Akamatsu began to taunt Iijima with sharp kicks directly to the face of Iijima as he tried to get up, but Iijima suddenly grabbed Akamatsu’s leg in the middle of a kick and tripped him to the ground! Iijima then deliberately PUNCHED Akamatsu right in the groin with all the force he could muster! Akamatsu let out a horrible groan and rolled over into almost the fetal position, as Iijima shakily pulled himself to his feet. The marks of battle were all over them, as neither man had given quarter, backed down, and given a single inch. Iijima’s blood was coating his upper body as he looked at Akamatsu as he struggled to climb to his feet, and screamed a brutal cry before charging across the ring and landing a HORRIBLY violent knee directly to Akamatsu’s face! Iijima collapsed on top of Akamatsu, as the entire hall counted along…but Akamatsu kicked out! Just then, Keiji Hirano bolted in to the ring, as an ENRAGED Yoritomo gave chase, and caught him in the ring! Yoritomo began to throttle Hirano with all his force, as the other BLACKHEARTS and Rouzeki-GUN members hit the ring, waging the battle in the middle of the ring! Seeing no other recourse giving the insane circumstances, the referee suddenly waved off the match and ruled it a no contest! Vicious booing erupted from the crowd at Korakuen…but it was silenced as the two sides continued to fight despite the match being over! After several more minutes, the end result was Rouzeki-GUN outside of the ring as they desperately attempted to stop Iijima’s bleeding, with the BLACKHEARTS in the ring. N.G.I. had went to the back long ago to tend to Nomura…
Iijima grabbed the microphone, and using incredibly violent, angry, and hateful words, DEMANDED Akamatsu announce him as the C-1 Heavyweight Championship challenger immediately, before throwing the microphone at Akamatsu! Akamatsu caught the microphone, his body covered in Iijima’s blood, and his own face showing the scars of this war…but he remained defiant and REFUSED Iijima’s demand, before saying that the first challenger to “his” championship…was not a CRIMSON wrestler! A wave of outrage went through the entire Rouzeki-GUN squad as Akamatsu revealed that he would defend the C-1 Heavyweight Championship on the upcoming 3/1 KAZUMA WORLD show against Karlson Goold! Akamatsu then grinned, before saying that they should thank him for giving the championship a grander stage to showcase it! Akamatsu began to laugh his evil, sarcastic laugh when suddenly a commotion began to be heard from the fans…Suddenly, a man sped down the walk way to the ring as fast as he could. Keiji Hirano was the only one who noticed him, and at the last second, he pulled Akamatsu down to the ground with all his power, at the last second that could have been spared.
A bright light shot out from the man’s hands as he slid into the ring and threw it. The light briefly blinded everyone in the ring, and a look of complete shock and fear briefly came across the Supreme Commander’s face. Hirano had pulled him down at the last second, but the hair on his head was still burnt. This man had attacked without warning…and he had thrown with full intent on destruction. What he threw? A Fireball.
The BLACKHEARTS immediately left the ring, both out of shock and fear as this man stood in the middle of the ring. He had the same blonde hair, and he had the same look on his face that had scared Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON fans and wrestlers alike over two years ago. Akamatsu looked at this man with a mixture of rage, surprise and fear as he calmly walked over to a turnbuckle, and leaned carelessly against it. Goro Iijima was the first man to make a move, as he climbed into the ring and took up the microphone…He began with three words: “I warned you”. Iijima then gave a brief introduction to the man who continued to carelessly lean in the corner. Iijima pointed at the man, and bellowed that he was the demon that had been banned from Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON. He was the demon that would destroy the BLACKHEARTS by any measure.
He was the former C-1 Heavyweight Champion…STEPHEN PRIEST!
Stephen Priest walked out of the corner, stood in front of Akamatsu and gave a mocking bow, all the while keeping his eyes locked on Akamatsu. Iijima then said that Rouzeki-GUN was dead. With Stephen Priest in the group, they weren’t just about disorder anymore…with Priest’s presence, they were now pure evil, and re-dubbed the group as “DARK SUMMIT”, where the two strongest forces in CRIMSON history have come together to form a complete summit of dark power! Iijima turned to Akamatsu…and calmly asked if this “quest” of his, was worth losing his career over. Iijima then told Akamatsu to pray to the gods, because nothing would stop DARK SUMMIT from the complete and total destruction of the BLACKHEARTS!
