Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON’s C-1 J-League continued at the Matsuyama Townsman Gymnasium for Night Three. In the first tournament match of the night, it was arguably the most important match thus far in the tournament as OVERTHROW’s Akahito Yamada took on Hayato Saigo in a fantastic match that went back and forth for the entire sixteen minutes plus. However, it wasn’t a big move that decided this match, but instead the cleverness of Akahito Yamada as he hooked Saigo in his Musubime cradle hold getting the flash pinfall to once again get a pinfall victory over Hayato Saigo and the two points!
Natsuo Sakoda and SLAYER both needed points heading into their third match of the tournament each. Unluckily for Sakoda, he was against the unmoving monster known as SLAYER. Sakoda tried to put up the best fight he possibly could against SLAYER, but finally SLAYER was able to land the Zanzai Lariat for the pinfall victory and the two points.
The two youngest wrestlers in Pro-Wrestling CRIMSON’s junior division saw Sojiro Sayuki take on MUSASHI Tomizaki in a surprisingly tough match for both wrestlers. Both Tomizaki and Sayuki proved to be at the same level, but it was Tomizaki, who has gotten the bigger chances so far in his career who won when he actually pulled off his El Gran Tomi-Cutter for the win!
The final tournament match of the night put HEROICS leader HANZO against Keoni Murata in a big singles match. HANZO and Murata held nothing back, going at each other with everything they both had, but in the end Murata was able to dump HANZO on the back of his head with a Backdrop Hold for three points, and the crucial two points in the tournament.
The tournament matches weren’t the only attraction in the show, however, as Naoki Daishi made a V.5 defense against “Mr. LSD” Ryoma Inoue. There wasn’t much suspense in this defense as Inoue was clearly overmatched for the entire match before being dropped on his head with a Northern Lights Bomb for the pinfall victory.
Rouzeki-GUN and the Sekigun had yet another clash in their constant feuding, as the entire Rouzeki-Gun squad took on Yuki Nomura, Nobuyori Shimizu, Royama the Brave & DRAGON Takagi. The Sekigun was overmatched from the get go against their Rouzeki-GUN enemies, which eventually led to Makoto Saito using his rare “Stone Blaster” move for the pinfall victory over DRAGON Takagi.
In the second match of the night, The BLACKHEARTS suffered another yet back on this tour against the surprisingly motivated team of The Backdrop Brothers and Izumo Yoritomo. The match was out of control, but it would be Izumo Yoritomo who got a measure of revenge against his former partner Keiji Hirano, as he SPLATTED Hirano with an Izumo Thunder, and then crushed him into paste with a sitdown splash for the pinfall victory!
The opening match saw another “measure” of Takayuki Ariwa’s growth as he took on his senior, Toshiro Noguchi in a heated but competitive match between the two. Ariwa looked like he had the match won at one point with the Hammerfall, but Noguchi slid out of the Move, and blasted Ariwa as he turned around with the Tokkan for the pinfall victory.

Three shows into the C-1 J-League and we have the first elimination of the tournament. Sojiro Sayuki has been eliminated after three straight losses to S.K., HANZO, and Tomizaki. The most Ichiyo Tatsuko can do is tie SLAYER at four points, but still has some hope. SLAYER is in firm control of Block A, but Hayato Saigo, Natsuo Sakoda & Akahito Yamada all have two points and are still in contention. In Block B, Keoni Murata and surprisingly MUSHASHI Tomizaki are both at four points. Right below them are HANZO and Millennium S.K. with two points each. These two blocks are still up for grabs, but things are beginning to form.
